Overall it was very nice. The staff was extremely helpful.

Pros:

Overall great experience staying at this hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff. The lobby was large in size with coffee/tea station and the decor was nice too.
Room was large with windows that open and the beds were comfortable with nice/fluffy pillows.
I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Alisha/Alicia at reception was great
Pros:

Great and friendly customer service from Alisha/Alicia at reception.
She told me about hiking trails in the neighborhood (Beaver Creek Trail,
and trails off Hoosier Pass), told me where to buy hiking supplies
(Al-Mart in Alma :-) ), and was of great support to my plan to
hike up Mt. Sherman.

Dirty rooms that are NOT dirt cheap
Pros:

The staff was friendly but the hotel is run down the rooms and common spaces were extremely dirty. Not even close to being worth the price.

Pros:

Location was awesome and staff was great.

Cons:

Breakfast was significantly lacking, beds made a lot of noise just to get in and out of it, bathroom fan was very loud

A very comfortable stay walking distance from dining and shopping opportunities.
Pros:

The desk clerk was very helpful in increasing the coolness of our refrigerator and in continuing to ask us if we needed anything else to make our stay comfortable. She also provided us with interesting information about the town and options for walking along the river.

Cons:

A light by the table would have been nice. Everything else was wonderful.

If we ever go back to Fairplay, we will stay at Rverside Inn again.
Pros:

Location was great. Alicia was very friendly. Smoke alarm started chirping and she fixed it right away.

Cons:

Breakfast didn't have a very good variety of things to eat. Ice machine was down the time we were there.

Blah inn needs upgrades
Pros:

Price was okay. Breakfast needed at last some fresh fruit and bagels. Shower had mold. All our electronics were recharged on the floor due to them not having usb lamps.

I felt safe and comfortable here. It’s the nicest place to stay in FairPlay.
Pros:

Staff was nice and accommodating. Facilities were clean. Beds were comfortable

Cons:

A little run down for the price you are paying. The soda machines were finicky. They had to give us a refund because it ate my money and the other one wasn’t working at all.

Cons:

I paid over $300 for 1 night and there was no A/C (fans provided) the room smelled like urine we had to go find our own towels the next morning and the WIFI barely worked!
