Excelente lugar bueno bonito y barato, céntrico, y hermoso el árbol gigantesco que tienen en el estacionamiento

las instalaciones en general, bien. Este hotel no sirve para negocios. El internet malìsimo y la televisiòn por cable, fatal. No pudieron resolver el problema y no les interesò resolverlo.

el estacionamiento muy incomodo y me ensuciaron el carro de goma que suelta un arbol y ni disculpa ofrecen ademas no dieron factura porque dice que la tengo que solicitar a ustedes hotel .com y ahora no se a que direccion solicitarla

The receptionist couldnt find my reservation. The room I asked for did not have a view. The bathroom door only opened partially making it difficult to exit. Hot water took more than 5 min and then it was luke warm.
The continental breakfast was good.

This was a great hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking and exploring. I would definitely stay here again!

Es un hotel bonito, agradable buena relación calidad/ precio, el personal muy amable, buena comida no cara. Las habitaciones limpias, lo único que no me gusto es la posición del televisor ( pantalla plana), buena refrigeración.

Based only on an overnight stay. The desk made strenuous efforts to complete a 4am wake-up call. HUGE tree in center patio.

This is a beautiful, old hotel with a wonderful "Spanish" feel. Our room was a "master suite", which sounds huge, but was rather small. However, the room was very clean and had everything we wanted or needed, including a big bathtub which was awesome! Hotel staff was prompt and courteous. Parking was snug, but secure and has 24 hour surveillance.

Note: although the hotel says "non-smoking", that's not the case. The neighbors were smoking with their door open, and of course the smoke came into our room. We stuffed a towel under the door and problem solved. Also, there's an event salon next door which operates until 2am, so there was loud music until then. I think only rooms on one side of the building would hear the music, but we were on that side.
