Es muy relajante y agradable, la cascada de la piscina no la saben hacer funcionar todos y el segundo día no hubo quien la prenda
La hostería perdió nuestra reservación y nos dan una excusa de que nunca les llegó. La recepcionista quería que nos fueramos como si el hotel no estuviera situado en medio de la nada para ir a buscar otro al lado. Si no insisto no aparece la administradora que nos mandó a un hotel de mediana categoría no lo que esperábamos. Lo único positivo fue la administradora del segundo hotel que fue muy amable en recibirnos después de tremendo viaje.
Great 'farm' hotel in rustic style and in quiet environment. We liked the food, home made (including the bread for the breakfast!), the service (half hour horse riding for the entire family was included in the room price), and the rural setting of the hotel overall. The swimming pool was warm, filled with volcan hot spring water. One comment: signing on the road is not really clear, especially if you arrive by night. Road from Ibarra (approx. 45 min) is in good condition and safe.
