El hotel es precioso, en medio de la selva, muy acogedor, el personal muy amable, el servicio de restaurante (comidas, cenas) barra piscina es excelente.
La zona de la piscina muy bonita.

מלון כמו בתוך גו'ונגל, נעים, נקי, אוירה ייחודית למקום, שקט, בריכה נעימה מוקפת ירוק , ארוחת בוקר סבירה, יש במלון ספא עם טיפולים טובים, צ'ק אין מהיר, מכונת קפה טובה, ויש אופציה לאכול ארוחת ערב במלון - ארוחה עם מבחר טוב אך לא למי שאינו אוכל בשר.

בחדר האוכל רק טוסטר אחד וזה גורם לעיכוב, אינטנרט לא עבד ביום הראשון, אין אופציה לקבל אומלט,

Pleasant stay, everything we needed
Pros:

We had a very brief overnight stay due to the late arrival of our plane and an early start to see the Falls. Our checkin was efficient and the bar was still open. The room was clean but a slight dampness. Air conditioner was good an we slept well. Reasonable choice for the buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Slight dampness to the room but that could have been due to the rural setting. WiFi was a bit flaky.

Me gustó la naturaleza que lo rodea y los espacios amplios de lobby y recepción. Las habitaciones tienen todo para ser comodas.

Cons:

- Staff: Dependiendo quien te atienda en recepcion es la respuesta que obtenes. En la pagina dice que el restaurant abre a las 18:00, cuando venis a esa hora, te dicen que en realidad abre a las 19:00. Al parecer cambian segun el clima del dia sin avisar previamente.
- Celiaquia: muy buenos platos en el restaurante y muchas opciones. Sin embargo, no correras con la misma suerte con el desayuno. Es UNA MISERIA Y VERGÜENZA (ver foto). Encima solicitas que te traigan fetas de fiambre y queso sin contaminacion y te miran con mala cara y te dicen que saques de la mesa en comun. Comportamiento totalmente inaceptable en un hotel “4 estrellas”.
