No estuvo mal pero esperaba más por el precio y considerando los días que estuvimos hospedadas.

Llegamos antes del check in y según me dijeron la demanda estaba alta y por eso no podíamos acceder a early check in a pesar que queríamos pagar por el, asi que no nos quedó de otra que desayunar y almorzar en el hotel por el cansancio , sin embargo había una señorita en el comedor que no era nada amable , pero en fin lo dejé pasar por cansancio. La limpieza de los asientos del desayuno era deficiente . Los baños de la recepción estaban en mal estado , había una puerta muy floja. La habitación que solicitamos era triple , pero las camas eran para niños , ni si quiera de plaza y media cada una , sino de una plaza , encima daba hacia una puerta de servicio que hacían mucho ruido por la mañana , pero al no haber más habitaciones no pudimos cambiar . Cuando solicité plancha , amablemente la llevaron a mi cuarto pero el planchador estaba quemado y no en buen estado.

Beautiful hotel in an exceptional setting
Pros:

The setting of the hotel, middle in the rain forest, is exceptional. The careful design applied to the hotel, not to disturb the fauna and flora, is wonderful.

The staff was very kind and helpful (though one told us that we could not check out an hour later, while his colleague told us 5 minutes later that that was not a problem).

The rooms are spacious and very neat. Breakfast is rich and plentiful.

Cons:

The only thing, really - but that is not the hotel's fault - is that it is isolated in the rain forest and one needs to use cabs to anywhere, even to town to have dinner. The alternative is to have dinner at the hotel reataurant, which is most certainly a good one, but afyer 4 nights in a row the selection feels limites (though, objectively speaking, it is not).

El desayuno impecable, tenía de todo. Las habitaciones preciosas, muy cómodas y el área central de pileta y jacuzzi un lujo. La atención de todo el equipo fue excepcional también. Volveríamos!

El personal fue muy amable, la encargada del spa sobre todo fue muy amable con nosotros, nos sentimos bienvenidos todo el tiempo.

Cons:

La piscina estaba muy fría, no pudimos usarla, como en era otoño en Iguazú en la temporada que fuimos esperábamos contar con piscina climatizada, por lo mismo escogimos el hotel pero no la pudimos utilizar. Sin embargo la señorita encargada del spa nos atendió muy bien y pudimos hacer uso del jacuzzi varias veces.

It was a decent hotel for one night stay
