Pleasant stay, everything we needed
Pros:

We had a very brief overnight stay due to the late arrival of our plane and an early start to see the Falls. Our checkin was efficient and the bar was still open. The room was clean but a slight dampness. Air conditioner was good an we slept well. Reasonable choice for the buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Slight dampness to the room but that could have been due to the rural setting. WiFi was a bit flaky.

Pros:

Me gustó la naturaleza que lo rodea y los espacios amplios de lobby y recepción. Las habitaciones tienen todo para ser comodas.

Cons:

- Staff: Dependiendo quien te atienda en recepcion es la respuesta que obtenes. En la pagina dice que el restaurant abre a las 18:00, cuando venis a esa hora, te dicen que en realidad abre a las 19:00. Al parecer cambian segun el clima del dia sin avisar previamente.
- Celiaquia: muy buenos platos en el restaurante y muchas opciones. Sin embargo, no correras con la misma suerte con el desayuno. Es UNA MISERIA Y VERGÜENZA (ver foto). Encima solicitas que te traigan fetas de fiambre y queso sin contaminacion y te miran con mala cara y te dicen que saques de la mesa en comun. Comportamiento totalmente inaceptable en un hotel “4 estrellas”.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Upgrade auf größeres Zimmer, Weinprobe von 18:30 bis 19:00 Uhr, wegen später Abreise Zimmer zum Duschen gratis bekommen

Hotel agradable y tranquilo en el medio de la Naturaleza
Pros:

La tranquilidad y la ubicación del hotel, la piscina y el jacuzzi en el medio de la selva era lo que necesitaba para desconectarme del ruido de la ciudad.

Cons:

La comida en el restaurante no era de lo mejor, al ser un hotel de “5 estrellas” es lógico el precio elevado pero la calidad no justificaba el precio.

La falta de comunicación del personal envié 4 mensajes antes de llegar preguntando cosas, Hasta quize pedir un taxi antes desde el aeropuerto pero nunca me respondieron.

Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel, aber das Personal hat es uns leider wirklich verdorben

Wir reisen das ganze Jahr fast wöchentlich durch verschiedene Hotels aber noch nie hatten wir so einen komplizierten Check in/ Check out. Aber damit kann man leben, jedoch werde sich die Preise hingelegt wie es ihnen grade passt mit Kartenzahlungsgsgebühren. Ingesamt mussten wir 52 Euro mehr bezahlen. Am Ende des Trip möchte man normal ganz entspannt frühstücken und dann ausschenken. Aber ich wurde mehrmals auf dem Weg gerufen ob ich jetzt endlich meine restliche Hotelrechnung zahlen kann. Dann an der Rezeption sage ich die Zimmernummer und mir wird direkt der Preis genannt. Dann haben wir nach den Belegen und der Rechnung gefragt und dann ist ihnen aufgefallen dass der Rezeptionist, fast umgerechnet 20 Euro mehr eingetippt hat (ganz ausversehen) die wir dann natürlich nicht bezahlen mussten, aber wenn man es nicht geprüft hätte gemacht hätten.

Zum Ende haben wir alles bezahlt und wurden alle Belege gezeigt und man hat die Frechheit 6 Tage später mich auf WhatsApp anzuschreiben dass man doch nochmal eine Rechnung gefunden hätte die ich bitte nochmals bezahlen sollte. Diese Rechnung war aber an dem Tag des Check Kurs bereits einberechnet.

Allen in allem hat uns diese monetären Sachen den Urlaub leider sehr vermiest!

Lo recomiendo!
Pros:

El hotel es muy cómodo, tiene un excelente ambiente, moderno, limpio y su personal, aunque escaso, muy amable. La coordinación del transporte es excelente, nos atendió Roberto el taxista, al que agradecemos mucho su atención. Sin él no hubiéramos tenido la oportunidad de conocer tanto en tan poco tiempo de nuestra estancia. Lo recomiendo, muy respetuoso, servicial, amable y simpático.

Cons:

Hace falta personal en todas las areas para hacerlo mas eficiente y ofrecer un mejor servicio al cliente, también es necesario entrenamiento al personal del restaurante.
