Sub-par stay, would not recomend and would give 1 star rating
Pros:

Our driver Ivan was amazing

Cons:

1) check in, through Booking.com there was one price to pay in usd however hotel used their own conversion and ended up paying an extra

2) this is not a five star hotel , far from it. 3 stars if that

3) staff in bar and restaurant were very rude, not attentive when being asked for a order. Super disappointing to be ignored when approaching the bar or restaurant desk.

4) items not available. We asked for a pisco sour that was labeled under cocktails. We were told it wasn’t available as they needed to order the pisco sour was told it would be available the next day. So checked the next day and they didn’t know about it and was still unavailable. I understand sometimes this happens but was pretty surprised by the lack assistance especially when told my mother could have a whisky version, when asked what it tastes like he didnt know . Staff seem to have a lack of understanding with the hotel and their menus

Beautiful Hotel!
Pros:

WOW! Beautiful hotel, big rooms and very clean! They offer a free wine tasting class every evening which was fab, Spa was lovely and the outdoor pool and hot tub lovely. A great hotel hidden in the forest

Cons:

My only niggle is that the wifi did not work in the room for us!
To get to the town centre you need a taxi but its very cheap!

Excelente estrutura, atendimento de excelência e ambiente incrível (dentro da mata atlântica).

Cons:

Cama king é composta por dois colchões unidos. Ralos com cheiro de esgoto.

Comfortable and modern hotel not too far from the falls
Pros:

Helpful staff who supported with help to book trips, modern and clean room, free wine tasting every night is a nice extra
