Terrible customer service, pretty hotel
Pros:

The hotel is still somewhat beautiful and is close to Iguazu falls. That is about it.

Cons:

They use an arbitrary exchange rate to bill you of their choosing, not the official rate. You will, as a result, end up paying more but they will argue "it was correct." In my case, the exchange rate they used was about 4% over the official one. They will not tell you about this and will assume zero responsibility. If you choose to go, look up the rate and make sure they commit to the official one before you stay. Shady practice at a shady hotel.

As plenty of other reviews note, this property has significant decay and is not worth the money. It doesn't even deserve 3 stars.

The staff was incredibly rude–often yelling at guests to move or stop ordering basic things like food–and often seemed bothered by requests that are totally reasonable from PAYING customers. They literally screamed to our party from one corner of the dinning area to the other, to move.

I could hear everything going on in the rooms around me, footsteps and conversations above.

The location is good but hotel is like 3 stars hotel.

The location is good, beachfront. Near restaurants and markets

The room smelled moldy very strong, faucet leaking, elevators super small, old carpet, no refill water daily, no tissue paper in room, no slippers, no amenities etc…

Pros:

Room was a good size, located a little bit out the way, so would need to use a taxi or have own car to get around. Has a lovely pool with plenty of chairs. Breakfast was ok, just basic buffet. Overall a good place to stay for couple of nights.

Pros:

Rien. Chambre petite avec très peu de rangements, pas de bouteille d’eau offerte, ménage approximatif, vue donnant sur un mur, accueil peu chaleureux, service sans âme, petit déjeuner très moyen, tout est en mauvais état je me suis pris la porte d’un toilette du hall sur la tête et au Check out le réceptionniste n’a pas réussi à faire notre note du1er coup.

Ótima, mas esperava mais. Não houve nada que surpreendeu.
Pros:

Localização fácil, quartos amplos, cama confortável, ducha do chuveiro ótima, secador e ar condicionado que funcionaram perfeitamente, o que fez a diferença num dia com temperatura 6 graus.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto, estava boa, mas tinha vestígios de uso (sujeira no piso).
O quarto estava com cheiro estranho, parecia madeira úmida.

Maravilloso lugar.
Pros:

Todo, la ubicación del lugar en la selva lo hace excelente lugar para descansar después de un día recorriendo las cataratas o Puerto Iguazú. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. El restaurante me encantó, muy buena la comida. La atención en recepción excelente.

Cons:

La piscina es hermosa, bellísima peroooo sería bueno que estuviese temperada, ya que prácticamente NO la usamos porque estaba muy fría, y tampoco vi nadie bañándose; solo hicimos uso del jacuzzi.
