Adequate but in need of updates
Pros:

Great, central location and parking was a real bonus. Air conditioning was a definite big plus in the heatwave.

Cons:

Rooms are tired and could benefit from a deep clean. 1 of the pillow cases had stains on it. Only 1 bath towel & 1 hand towel for 2 people. Breakfast wasn’t great, went elsewhere on 2nd morning. Could be a lovely place with some TLC

Enjoyable stay and good value for money
Pros:

Friendly staff, spacious room, fantastic bathroom and even a fridge and mini-kitchen and parking was a bonus.

Pros:

Great location, comfortable bed. Although we could not do an early check in, we arrived back late to the hotel as we had been at an even at Knebworth. We arrived back at 1am and the staff were happy to great us with the key card to let us in.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

The staff were really friendly and the location is great I would definitely stay again

Cons:

We only stayed one night and the room we was in smelt really musty and the cleaner the next morning I found found slightly rude as we had to leave the room by 11 and I still had a little bit to leave the room and she rudely said you need to be out so felt rather rushed

Wonderful room in a great location. Perfect.
Pros:

This is in the perfect location. And we have stayed here a few times. The room this time was huge with beams and a separate huge bathroom. All the rooms we have stayed in are a bit quirky but they are all very comfortable and clean. Wonderful four poster bed and a great space to sit - although we did not spend a huge amount of time in the accommodation.

Cons:

The accommodation does need some updating. And there are areas where the decoration needs repair. But this does not affect your stay.
