Uncomfortable beds, dribbling shower.
Pros:

Location, clean.

Cons:

Parking was difficult. No staff. Automated phone when I called.
Bed was hard. Shower was terrible.

The standard of cleanliness and presentation was unsatisfactory - would not recommend it to others.
Pros:

Handyman, Andrew politely removed and replaced faulty tv from lounge area - replacement worked efficiently.
Bed was reasonably comfortable. No towel changes - daily or otherwise on offer, but able to use towels from spare bedroom. (I had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, but was allocated a 2 bedroom apartment). Because there was no personal contact with any staff except for Andrew who was called to solve the problem of a faulty tv and no-one in reception when I arrived or departed, any of my concerns or queries went unanswered. Security measures for accessing the apartment and for while being in the apartment appeared to be most effective. I felt safe but, very isolated from any staff contact or support.

Cons:

Apartment was "tired" and shabby in general- paintwork needed to be upgraded, lounge curtains were old and shabby- those on the western side the lounge were ineffective against the glare of the afternoon sun making it very difficult to view the tv. or to avoid the unpleasant glare on any sunny afternoon. Standard of cleanliness of uncarpeted areas was of concern. Rangehood of oven was very "grotty" and greasy.

Couches were filthy - brought throws to cover
Musky smell with poor ventilation options

Place was disgusting, very unclean, dishwasher full of dishes that made me gage when I opened it, shower was leaking so bad we had to keep towels in front of it, air con was so mouldy and made most of us sick we had to keep it off, every surface was dirty, mould in the showers, toothpaste and hair in the sink, dirty behind every door, dust over everything, mould on the blinds, cigaret butts on the ground on the balcony, had to go buy room freshener just to stand staying there, complained and all they did is send the cleaner up the following day who put the dishes away and maybe wiped the bench in the kitchen.

The room was very spacious and central location

Cons:

The stay was very disappointing. The kitchen was not cleaned properly- the oven and kitchen wall were dirty, the dryer was broken, there was no air-conditioning. We would have not stayed there if we knew the air-conditioning was not working.and we were not advised before we arrived. With the parking we drove in and out of the car park after arriving back at night and it was unclear where to park and there was no spots. The features that are being advertised for the property does not align to whats in the apartment. Two examples of false advertising are wifi and alarm clocks.
