People on the street can see right in bedroom windows as they walk past.

0/10 Do not stay here!!!! Rooms are directly next to a bar - noisey until the early hours. Too many different codes to get in and out. No parking. Had to contact help x3 to enter. Dirty - cockroaches, remnants of the mop wrapped around the furniture, very tiny and nothing like the images in real life. Stay elsewhere!!!

Room was made up nicely, but didn't look like it had been cleaned properly before we attended. Floor hadn't been vacuumed, quilt cover was stained, "droplets" around the toilet bowl, there looked to be blood on the roller blind. The main window from the foyer had a see through blind, so not the best for privacy. Decent sized room for the price. Great location. Called to confirm the booking and was given early access to room. Didn't have much to do with the staff outside of the booking confirmation, but the limited communication was very professional and helpful.

Do NOT stay at this property. Noisy bar next door and music only stopped at 1.00am. Asked for a refund and flatly refused.

Nice for a group of friends or big families,
Was delayed getting gate and door code but all sorted after a few phone calls thanks

Central to city, and cafes

Interstate place, ground floor backed on to a noise street, water leaks across kitchen and woke to cockroaches in the lounge. Shower ran cold

This property is nothing like the photos- definitely overpriced and not well managed or cleaned. The foyer and corridor leading to apartment is smelly and filthy. The apartment smelt of previous cooking and you couldn't open windows- no flyscreens but mosquitos. No furniture or comfort- one couch for three people - dirty carpet. No lift so 90yr old had to use stairs.

Cleaning should be a priority and actually supplying a room that is advertised. Pillow was lovely though.

Overall disappointing. The property felt tired and worn. It took an hour to get the air con working which ended up needing to be reset via the remote. Small cockroaches appeared when I sat on the lounge. I was informed no parking was available yet the carpark was less than half full all night.

These apartments were clean and comfortable but were completely uninspiring (black furniture, no artwork) and nothing to make them even a little bit sustainable - no recycling bins, a massive chux cloth per stay which gets thrown out, single use plastic body care bottles etc.

Also, I was put on hold for 30 mins several times when I tried to call the off-site receptionist and couldn't get through - gave up.

The property is well situated in Newcastle and convenient to a number of dining options. Only trouble was with the airconditioning - one room it wouldn't turn on and the other it wouldn't turn off.

Space and location are great.

The staff deserve a huge praise, they are so welcoming and helpful and make it such an easy stress free stay . The apparent was excellent and spotless, like I said from the amazing staff on the phones to the cleaning staff thank you a very well run service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was clean and comfortable, I was very happy with the room and service from the staff on the phone , they were so welcoming and helpful and I enjoyed yet another happy stay here, thank you to all staff 😊
