Me encantó la limpieza, la atención fue muy buena pero siento que por ejemplo en la noche les hace falta personal , más en los restaurantes, el área de alberca muy bien , solo que si deberían variar la música, (SE AGRADECE QUE NO PONGAN REGUETON, BANDA Y CORRIDOS TUMBADOS) pero pura salsa y merengue viejitos no está tan padre, de ahí en fuera todo lo demás muy bien, gracias por la atención.

No me quede porque al llegar me preguntaron si iba a acudir al restaurante todos los dias, ya que si no se ocupaba lo iban a limpiar. Yo iba con 2 niñas y no me podia arriesgar a que no hubiera servicio. Asi que decidi cambiarme de hotel. Eso no me gusto al llegar

Todos los domingos el desayuno es buffet, por lo que, no tendrán inconveniente si es que tienes alguna dieta estricta/regular.

El personal tiene una excelente atención. Quizás porque coincidió en que habia 2 eventos durante mi estadía es que pienso que les hacía falta personal para atender a todos los huéspedes de una manera mas rápida

El olor a caño en el baño es muy fuerte, deberían de hacer algo al respecto y el WiFi no llega a todas la habitaciones.

Ambos problemas los reporte, pero no resolvieron.
