This was a perfect stay! The space was clean and comfy. The courtyard/flowers/plants were magical, and the location couldn’t be beat. I attended a conference at Colorado State University and it was super close. Wish I could have stayed longer!
They’ve done a lot to connect the guest to local attractions and restaurants, so you can tell hospitality is important to them.
I was asked to stay in a room that I realized later was not what I had originally booked. I agreed to move so that’s on me but I’m not sure I should have been asked to begin with. There were also a ton of spiders and cobwebs in the room, especially in the bathroom.
Loved our stay here. Comfortable, clean, felt like home. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, etc. Will definitely stay here again!
Great location for visiting CSU. Cute patio and garden area made for a nice area to sit. The owners were very helpful, providing clean sheets when my son spent a day sick in bed. Loved having a full kitchen for making breakfast.
The shower stall is pretty tight, and the mirror is mounted too low for anyone 6'+.

Property was lovely. Well stocked and clean. Perfect location to walk to dining, bars, grocery stores and shopping.
Absolute gem of a property. Beautiful older home with everything you could want or need. They also had a beautiful array of seating in the backyard.
We had an amazing experience at Remington. Super easy to check in and felt very welcomed. We had not stayed in area before and their local guide book helped us find some wonderful places. Bathrooms were nice & very clean. AC excellent. After driving by hotels in the area would stay without hesitation again. Remington is clearly superior. The herb and vegetable garden out back is such a nice touch. Love it!
Amazing accommodation with all you can wish for in a boutique hotel stay. Very passionate team on site was a pleasure to meet. I cannot imagine other place to stay in Fort Collins so look no further!
Charming spot close to campus with dedicated parking spot behind building. A nice residential type neighborhood with acceptable restaurants within walking distance. While the Air Conditioner was noisy, it worked well in 100 degree heat for the entire week. We had a flat tire and the owner helped us out by using his air compressor to fill it so we could go to get it fixed. The unit itself was spacious and had a nice individual patio on the streetside. The back common area was lovely, with a garden that you could use if you stayed over a week. Unfortunately, too hot to use. Washing machine available for stays over 7 days at $10/load.
There were 4 tall chairs with no back in either the apartment itself or on the patio. They were very uncomfortable. Other than that, all was great.

Such a great spot by campus. All the small touches that you wouldn't think about, including a growler to use at local breweries. Staff was accommodating and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
