I have stayed in this hotel many times. This trip I stayed almost 30 days.
I'll give 5 stars because of the location and the 24-hour gym and swimming pool, which I have mentioned in a previous review.
Minus: I have been charged for items I haven't used, eg toothpaste and milkshake.
I have advised reception. I didn't use it , they said might the guest took it . My advice is with each check-in, make sure everything in the mini bar in your room is actually there.
After I had completed the full payment for my stay the night before checking out, I still got charged an extra 300 Philippine pesos for room service, even though I had given tips to everyone during my stay.
I will give 5 stars to this hotel in Angeles City.

Good place for the money and does the job for angeles. There are no NO smoking
Poor water pressure in shower and took a
long time for water to get warm. Shower head antiquated. All the food in the mini bar was too old and spoiled.
Hotel is great this is my third time here. Great pool feels like a resort. I would get the standard room over the economy for a little more. Less noise from Red St. And rooms are nicer. Better you will still hear the noise from red st from 1am to 5pm. Not sure if its an after hours club or what.
Score Birds is a wonderful place to stay with a splendid staff and room experience. The bed was extremely comfortable, clean, and a spacious bathroom. The staff is truly amazing and I can not wait to visit again next July. Duke's Restaurant is open 24 hours, along with room service.
I was located within all the activity in the area. Duke's Restaurant was open 24hrs, I qas very pleased with this. The front desk staff and housekeeping were both friendly and attentive.

This was my third year staying there. The room was clean, and the service was great. However, we had an ant problem in the bathroom around the sink, and the shower was the same every year. The water was boiling hot or ice cold. You can't adjust the water to warm. For the price, it's a good place to stay.
