Pros:

The lady that was there in the morning was very helpful and kind. My kid made a mess with eggs and I asked for a broom and dust pan and she happily went and got it and she was going to clean it up but I felt bad for my kids mess but she didn’t complain and just jokingly said she eats like a chick❤️🤣

I had a restful, comfortable, stay. I loved the ease of the on-line check in.
Pros:

Excellent customer service, nice and varied breakfast, and a responsive staff. I had a small issue with a squeaky mattress and promptly moved to a larger room.

Cons:

No complaints. My family members stay at this location, frequently.

Pros:

Las camas estaban muy cómodas y el desayuno estaba rico. El personal muy amable y ayudó mucho en cualquier duda que teníamos.

Cons:

Para llegar al hotel estaba un poco confuso si no conoces el área. El piso donde nos tocó hospedarnos olía muy raro solo afuera en el pasillo como a humedad en el cuarto no pero si me causó un poco de molestia ya que soy alérgica a la humedad. Como que todo el hotel estaba en remodelación.

It was fine and the price was right.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Pool was clean. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Room wasn’t super clean. Floor was sticky. Mold in shower.

Pros:

The interior seems updated and it was clean. Great location with a lot of food and shopping in the area. It was about 20 minutes to the Houston international airport.

Cons:

The TV did not have internet so I couldn't connect to Netflix or other apps. The ac in my room was pretty noisy. It seemed like something in it was loose.
