Pros:

Post; The grounds are nice. Rooms are rustic and comfortable. It's next to Marina so we had cool view. The security guard at the front gate was super chill.

Neg: The amount of rules they have are exhausting. I probably won't stay there often. You cannot even have any visitors at all. They didn't have the dish I ordered at the restaurant. They wanted you wear some paper bracelets like a club. No thanks! The wifi didn't work most of the time.

The grounds are safe and secured, Soriana is a block down the street & The main harbor and central Ensenada is about an eight to ten minute drive. Staff and restaurant were friendly and attentive.

Blankets and pillows smells, doble doors and principal door with just one unsafe lock, bathroom ceiling leaking, walls and windows not good enough to support the noise from outside, bad experience that I didn’t want to stay for the second night that I paid for it.

Excelente ubicación y muy seguro, el detalle son las condiciones requiere una remoselada urgente. Las puertas de lso cuartos estan todas carcomidas, me astille abriendo el closet de lo vieja que esta la madera, la bañera esta manchada de tan vieja. Tiene mucho potencial el hotel pero requiere uegentemente remodelarse

Everyone was friendly, especially the guard at the gate (the entrance) Martin was very polite, friendly and helpful. Told me where the closest store was and how to get there, always with a bright smile on his face. Property is beautiful, comfy, quiet and close to the ocean. Reception was also nice and all staff, there are many home-like places to stay, it’s like a little town not a hotel. The only thing I didn’t quite like was the mattress, it was way to soft and wobbly. But other than that I give the whole experience 9/10, would definitely come back and also recommend it.

La quinta está en buenas condiciones, nada extraordinario, entiendo que es temporada baja pero para que anunciar que tienen jacuzzi si no lo activan hasta el verano, chalet espacioso pero muy viejo , falta remodelación.
