Pros:

I was waiting for the receipt changes but there is no answer from the hotel.

Cons:

I like the place, room but I was disappointed with the Wi-Fi in the first night and also I was requested the hotel to change the receipt name but not answer at all until now.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely brilliant and so friendly

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room wasn't what I expected, they have few black mould on some walls very obvious, the bedding I could tell its been washed however the pillow cases had some black stain & the bathroom ceiling has a black mould as well, I dealt with the situation cause I only needed a room just for a sleep as transit

The staff was extremely helpful & courteous. Breakfast was good but variations of the same thing every day - plain rice, some type of fried rice, some type of noodles, 2 types of s

Roaches in the rooms & bad scent coming from the bathroom (booked 2 rooms). Had to stay in twin room for a night & was not refunded. No extra towels for the children. oups. Fruits. Toast, eggs, butter, Nutella, jam. All cooked foods were spicy & kids couldn't eat it.
