Un peu de verdure en prime de cet hôtel confortable et bien décoré.
Pros:

L'ambiance générale de l'hôtel avec sa situation proche du centre et une décoration très locale. Le personnel est accueillant et efficace. Les chambres sont vastes et agréables. La piscine est appréciable après une journée de visite. Le petit déjeuner est complet et de qualité. Le quartier est agréable avec la promenade le long de la rivière et la proximité du centre.
Un séjour très agréable.

A 'Classy' verdict: Never again
Pros:

The pool is generous, with plenty of room both for showers and changing rooms. The rooftop bar offers a wide selection of cocktails during happy hour.

Cons:

The pool is the only thing saving this hotel from a zero-star review. Classy hotel is traditional but by far the most outdated I have ever encountered. The staff is unpleasant; they welcome you with fake smiles but won't make an exception for anything. I remember arriving late in the evening when the hotel was almost empty because many people had cancelled due to the ongoing strikes along the Thai-Cambodian border. Despite this, I was not given an upgrade, but a shabby, old double room. Nor was I offered a late check-out so I had to leave the room first thing in the morning. The breakfast was satisfying neither in terms of choice nor quality. I was travelling alone, and this is definitely not a place to socialize.

Wäre ich nicht so lautstärken empfindlich hätte es eine 9 bekommen.
Pros:

Der pool und das personal sind traumhaft.
Warum sich hier leute über das frühstück beschweren will mir nicht in den kopf den das war sowohl für europäer als auch asiatische gäste geeignet.

Cons:

Wie überall in südostasien sind die fenster nicht wirklich schalldicht und wenn dann menschen mit essensstand vor dem hotel musik abspielen dann bekommt man das mit.

Central clean hotel
Pros:

Central location, clean large room, comfortable beds and polite and friendly staff. Good selection offered for breakfast. There was a spa, swimming pool and roof bar but I didn't get time to try these. However, I noticed the sauna was for men only.

Cons:

The door to the balcony didn't open/close easily, it was difficult to move it.
Asked for an iron and received it promptly but there was no ironing board and no communication til later as to why there was no board.
Plug sockets by bed
were difficult to use 2 at a time with adaptors. Needed to plug one phone in on the other side of the room

Pros:

Bel hôtel de style khmer avec beaucoup de bois sculptés . Accueil parfait , Personnel compétent et souriant . Grande chambre bien équipée . Très belle piscine en rez-de-chaussée . Beau rooftop . Joli bar en rdc servant de bons cocktails ( happy hour de 5 à 7 pm )

Cons:

Côté rue , aboiement des chiens la nuit . La nourriture servie au rooftop pourrait être améliorée . Idem pour le petit déjeuner .

Riverside views
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location by the river was great. The balcony in our room although small had a view of the river. Sky. Dining was lovely, food and drinks were good. Swimming pool excellent. Breakfast was quite good with western and Asian options.

Cons:

The room could do with an upgrade and some maintenance. Everything was clean but worn. TV very small and not smart. Only one pillow.
