Personal amable, habitacion mejorable
Pros:

La piscina es grande con muchas tumbonas y baño exterior, cama comoda y vistas bonitas de la ciudad. El equipo nos ayudo con el transfer a otra ciudad, muy amables siempre y como nuestro bus salia de noche nos dejaron usar la piscina sin coste despues de nuedtro checkout, lo cual nos salvó, ya que hacía un calor extremo en la calle.

Cons:

La habitación apestaba a tabaco, soy fumadora y no es algo que me suela molestar, pero este olor era tan intenso que nos despertaba por la noche. Al llegar la nevera no funcionaba y tuvieron que cambiarla. Las luces de la cama estaban rotas, poco champu y gel para 2 personas, no estaba muy limpio, baldosas rotas, habia restos de pegamento en las paredes. Durante la hora de la comida con huespedes comiendo, se pusieron a reparar una puerta con ruido de martillos y destornilladores. Cerveza muy cara para ser Camboya, en todos los hoteles de 5 estrellas era 1$, aqui 2.75€
.. son fallos menores pero es un hotel caro y supuestamente de 4 estrellas que no cumplia los minimos de calidad.

Excellent place to stay to visit the attractions of Battambang and enjoy lovely service from staff.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, and food was good, with the slight caveat listed below, and eggs cooked to your choice were as usual excellent. A really good evening cocktail happy hour in the main downstairs bar was truly excellent value.

Cons:

Quite a lot of the breakfast was cold even right at the beginning of service. The choice of cereal was odd (usually that includes muesli of some sort) and there was no cold milk. We felt that the choices in the fridge bar in the room could have been broader.

OK but bad experiance at the restaurant.
Pros:

The pool was great; the breakfast was just OK.

Cons:

At the restaurant, I ordered food, and my wife's food came 10 minutes late. I told the staff my wife's food would go cold. They just look at me as if with a question mark. I asked for the manager. I told him about it, and he apologized. telling me they were very busy. By the way, there were about 8 people in the place. I was very upset but not angry. The next day, went again for dinner. Now my food arrived, and my wife was sitting there without food for 10 minutes. I was not very pleased. This happens in Cambodia but should not happen in a fine hotel. When the bill was over 40 and 50 dollars.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse avec une belle salle de bain, confortable et très propre.
Belle piscine très agréable Le personnel très accueillant, très poli. Bon petit déjeuner. nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Very nice central location, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotels location was an easy walk from the center of town and close to many local and international restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. My friends had a couple of problems with their room but not enough to impact their stay. initially we were given rooms without balconys but when mentioned we were immediately moved.

Très bon hôtel très central et agréable
Pros:

Hôtel très confortable avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Il suffit de traverser le pont pour atteindre en quelques minutes le centre ville. La promenade le long du fleuve devant l'hôtel est très agréable, surtout le soir où il y a beaucoup d'animation. Nous avons testé les massages et c'était vraiment très bien à des prix particulièrement corrects. Très belle piscine. On prend le petit-déjeuner au bord de la piscine, c'est vraiment agréable et il y a beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est charmant. Notre chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, la salle de bains très bien aussi.
Très bonne adresse, nous reviendrons directement ici la prochaine fois.
