Outstanding Breakfast, Friendly Staff, and a Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The room was on the smaller side, but it was perfectly adequate for the two of us. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of hot and fresh options, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and hardworking. The hotel was also very clean, and it was clear that the staff took great pride in maintaining the property.

Cons:

The location was a bit of a walk from the main public transportation hubs, and transporting luggage over the cobblestone streets took some extra effort. The pillows were thinner than we prefer, and additional pillows would have improved our comfort.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel nahe des Zentrums mit Straßenbahnanbindung, eigener Parkplatz hinterm Haus möglich
Pros:

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Balkon, tolle Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, es wurde sogar frisches Rührei oder Spiegelei nach Wahl serviert.

Pros:

Very spacious room with many shelves space, especially in the bathroom which is quite rare in hotels. Very well thought out with love and care. Breakfast was really excellent as well.

Pros:

Very well located little hotel. The room was clean and worked fine for a quick stopover in Zurich. It is very well located. They offer a nice breakfast. There is no one on duty for many hours but that worked ok as we were only staying one night. Best thing is the location!

Emplacement/ calme/ lits très confortables/ buffet du petit déjeuner excellent!

Pros:

Easy check in, comfortable bed & clean room. Good to have coffee & water available.

Cons:

What there was for breakfast was very nice. But it failed to have the fundamental basics of breakfast available. No melon at all. The only fruit available on the first day was grapes. No cornflakes. No bread large enough for the toaster. Cake with walnuts in, but no warning of it containing nuts.

Cozy and central hotel in Zurich
Pros:

The hotel is central and close to the opera house. It is exceptionally clean, and all the furniture, bed linen, and towels look brand new.
It`s clear that a lot of thought went into the design.
Complementary coffee, bottled water, and sparkling water are provided both in the rooms and the shared lounge space.
On top of that, the staff are incredibly welcoming.

Our stay was memorable and very enjoyable!
Pros:

The bedroom and bathroom were large, modern, and very clean. The bed was luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the shared lounge with coffee, water, tea and snacks. Also the breakfast was excellent.

Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect, and the self check-in process was very convenient and easy. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, and tea provided in the room. The breakfast was also very good. Also the staf was very polite and friendly which made the experience even better.

Cons:

The location is excellent, right on the main street and close to everything. The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends.
