Staff was surly; because I am foreign they treated me as 2nd class at breakfast, etc. I wasn't even given the full menu.

No air conditioning; cleaning supplies weren't refilled on time. Extremely expensive for the (lack of) service.

Pleasant staff, clean but noisy room.

It was very hot in Zurich yet there was no fridge in the room.
