Mai Chau Ecolodge provides a round-trip shuttle service to and from Hanoi at an extra charge of USD 25 per person. Shuttle service runs between Mai Chau Ecolodge and Hanoi Opera House, Hanoi Old Quarter, following the schedule below:
- Hanoi to Lodge: 8:00 to 8:30
- Lodge to Hanoi: 14:00
Please arrive early so as not to miss the shuttle.

Lovely staff, incredible views and spacious villa.
We booked a private pool villa for our anniversary. Unfortunately was ruined by child staying next door making heaps of noise splashing in their pool, and father constantly smoking cigarettes. Had to ask to be moved which was inconvenient to say the least. I love children but perhaps allocate them to a certain section.

Spa therapist were good but would be more comfortable with a reception area while waiting.
We told the hotel it was our anniversary and we arrived to towel swans, petals, a card and a little bar of chocolate- so thoughtful! The staff are lovely, hard working and did their best to make sure we had an amazing stay.

Location is lovely. Pool very nice. Also nice to have bikes available to get around local villages although can walk easily. Local people were very friendly.
Breakfast was the same choice every day. Pool bar was the only one available and not a large seating area for evening drinks. Long happy hour periods but very thin offer! Bikes felt they needed more maintenance/quality review.
