Mai Chau Ecolodge provides a round-trip shuttle service to and from Hanoi at an extra charge of USD 25 per person. Shuttle service runs between Mai Chau Ecolodge and Hanoi Opera House, Hanoi Old Quarter, following the schedule below:

- Hanoi to Lodge: 8:00 to 8:30
- Lodge to Hanoi: 14:00

Please arrive early so as not to miss the shuttle.

Pros:

Het is en blijft een ecolodge. Je moet er kleine dingetjes bijnemen. Doch de beleving was fantastisch. De fietstocht in en rondom de rijstvelden was super.

Cons:

Eindelijk niets. Of toch een kleine opmerking...het ontbijt stopte om 9.30uur. Doch we werden 9 uur gebeld door de receptie...schitterende service.

Ổn. Sẽ quay lại nếu ko đi cùng người già trẻ em

Vị trí dễ tìm, ở gần có nhiều cảnh đẹp, tiện nghi đầy đủ

Cons:

1 là chỗ nghỉ nhiều bậc thang, ko phù hợp các gđ có trẻ nhỏ và ng già sẽ khá vất vả. Phòng nghỉ lẫn nhà hàng đều ở chỗ bắt buộc phải leo thang, ko phù hợp xe đẩy
2 là buổi tối biểu diễn ca nhạc thì vui nhưng nếu người già trẻ nhỏ cần ngủ sớm thì sẽ ko phù hợp vì rất ồn diễn ra khoảng 1 tiếng từ 8ruoi-9ruoi tối

Estafa y pésimo servicio a sus clientes
Pros:

La ubicación y sus vistas, parece el lugar ideal con las vistas a los arrozales. Muy buen buffet en el desayuno, con variedad de alimentos.

Cons:

Empleados que mienten a los clientes, con pocas ganas de trabajar e intento de estafa.
Nos cobraron dos veces la habitación, con la excusa de que no habían cobrado bien con el datáfono, e incluso demostrándoles con la cuenta del banco que el pago se había realizado, no nos dejaron acceder hasta pagar nuevamente en metálico.
Cuando les pedimos el ticket del datáfono con el supuesto rechazo, nos dicen que los datáfonos no emiten tickets (deben ser los únicos en el mundo que no lo hacen, además de haber visto nosotros mismos como lo imprimían).
Tras reclamar, intentaron engañarnos amparándose en la diferencia de idioma, enseñándonos tickets del datáfono (esos que supuestamente no existían) que no eran los del supuesto rechazo de nuestra tarjeta, menos mal que los importes eran muy diferentes y ahí vimos su intento de engaño.
Nuevamente nos mintieron al decirles que habíamos usado dos datáfonos diferentes y nos dicen que solo tienen uno, para mas tarde reconocer que si que tienen dos (nueva mentira por su parte).
Nos dicen que no nos preocupemos que esa misma tarde será devuelto el dinero, cuando en realidad no habían realizado reclamación alguna a través de su banco (reconocido por ellos al día siguiente).
Para solucionar todo, finalmente nos dicen que nos busquemos la vida nosotros con nuestro banco (ole por su atención a los clientes).
Se les pide información de los tours para ver los arrozales que ellos mismos publicitan en la habitación y te dicen que no los tienen, y que si queremos ver arrozales que nos vayamos andando a dar una vuelta y los busquemos.
La habitación, aunque tiene unas vistas espectaculares, como ya dicen otros comentarios de clientes, tiene el problema de que villas cercanas ponen la música a todo volumen y molesta bastante.
Animales en la habitación (gekkos y hormigas), hasta tal punto que te ponen un letrero en la habitación para que no te asustes ni llames a la recepción si los ves.
Cables pelados y sueltos dentro de la piscina (peligroso).

הרגשנו שהחדרים לא מתוחזקים בכלל, כמויות הזויות של יתושים בחדר (במקלחון היה לנו משהו כמו 80 יתושים חיים על הרצפה!!!), שממיות בחדר, מיזוג לא מספיק חזק. לא הרגשנו נוח לשהות בחדר בשל כך למרות ששידרגו לנו את החדר. מה גם שהארוחה במסעדת המלון הייתה גרועה (והארוחת בוקר סבבה, לא עפנו באוויר אבל גם לא רעה).

Mooi resort en fijne locatie
Pros:

Pracht locatie, heerlijke suite, goed geslapen daar, lekker rustig, fijn zwembad en lief en behulpzaam personeel. Fijn ook dat je fietsen - zelfs met zitjes - kan pakken!

Cons:

Vrij prijzig qua eten en drinken bestellen, poolbar heeft alleen drank, er zou per dag fruit zijn op de kamer maar is nooit bijgevuld. Het zijn kleine dingen, maar toch wel bepalend voor de prijs die je betaald.

Bel emplacement mais service médiocre pour un hôtel de ce standing

Emplacement, chambre spacieuse et confortable, vue splendide !

Cons:

Service… appel en chambre à 9h du matin pour prendre le petit déjeuner, à 9h20 on doit partir du restaurant car il dresse les tables pour midi, à 9h40 il faut sortir de la chambre pour le nettoyage… on paye une chambre d’hôtel pour se reposer, nous avons pris une des suites les plus chère de l’hôtel et pourtant le service est déplorable, si nous ne sortons pas à 9h40 pour le nettoyage des chambres, nous n’avons pas d’eau pour la journée … Nous avions réservé villa avec piscine privée, à notre arrivée la piscine était vide et sale…
