Important information:

Mai Chau Ecolodge provides a round-trip shuttle service to and from Hanoi at an extra charge of USD 25 per person. Shuttle service runs between Mai Chau Ecolodge and Hanoi Opera House, Hanoi Old Quarter, following the schedule below:

- Hanoi to Lodge: 8:00 to 8:30
- Lodge to Hanoi: 14:00

Please arrive early so as not to miss the shuttle.

Please provide your hotel's name and address if you would like to use this shuttle service. As seats are limited, this is a first-come-first-served reservation. Guests are recommended to inform the property of your requirements immediately upon booking to avoid disappointment.

Pros:

Séjour assez agréable dans l’ensemble.
Pros:

La chambre avec terrasse donnant sur une très jolie vue.
La qualité des soins au Spa donnés par Tam.

Cons:

Le manque de souplesse au niveau des horaires du petit déjeuner. 9h30 maxi et pas une minute de plus.
Lorsque l’on commande un plat qui nécessite de se servir de ses mains il serait bon, voire indispensable de proposer une serviette humide à la fin du repas.

Excellent séjour mais réelle remise en question du coté écologique
Pros:

Le service irréprochable du personnel, en particulier au restaurant. L emplacement incroyable, le petit dejeuner varié et délicieux, les massages.

Cons:

Tout était très bien néanmoins pour un hôtel dit «  écologique » je trouve qu il y avait des choses qui n allaient pas, en effet, la première chose que nous voyons à l entrée de l hôtel c est des détritus!! Bouteilles en plastique, morceaux de papiers plastiques, emballages etc… à même le sol, il y en avait également vers les vélos dans la végétation , dans ce type d établissement, la propreté surtout sur ce type de détritus doit être exemplaire, cela laisse un goût amer et me questionne sur le sérieux en matière d environnement de cet hôtel qui se revendique écologique, j’espère que cette appellation n est pas juste marketing et que le propriétaire sera plus vigilant sur ces points évoqués car tout le reste est très bien.

Pros:

Établissement exceptionnel, les chambres la piscine le jardin la restauration les petits déjeuners les massages et la vue au milieu des rizières étaient extraordinaires. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Cerise sur le gâteau le spectacle de danse traditionnelle le soir était super!!! Nous recommandons à 200%

Chúng tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời.
Pros:

Không khí trong lành, nhân viên phục vụ thân thiện , hòa đồng. đồ ăn phục vụ rất ngon mang đậm bản sắc địa phương. Nội thất ,vệ sinh phòng sạch sẽ.

Cons:

Nên cân nhắc có thêm tivi trong phòng và có khu vui chơi cho trẻ em khi đến nghỉ. Gia đình có trẻ nhỏ cảm thấy thiếu hai phần đó.

Pros:

El alojamiento es increíble de bonito. Sus instalaciones son completamente nuevas. Es un hotel para descansar y relajarte, sin ruidos.
Tienen opción de contratar un masaje, yo lo hice y me encantó!
También usamos las bicis que nos facilitó el personal para pasear por las diferentes aldeas de la zona.
El desayuno fue el mejor que probé en el país.
También cenamos en el restaurante y todo estuvo riquísimo.
