Charged extra 560 euros due to error on behalf of Expedia as they say, even tough at check in no issues. Was charged 2 days after. Checked price for 3 adults and 1 child and same as charged, so paid 560 for nothing. They are making up policies as they go and please. On receipt paid the same amount was charged by rxpedia, £450 for the extra guest, and they charged again 560 euros for same thing. Complete rip off.
Chrck everything before getting here. All inclusive but premium drinks charged, private beach only offering refreshing drinks and water.

Never again. Choose a different resort around. There are plenty. Deffinetely bot a 5 star. More like a 4 with indulgence.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, the food was delicious, and the sea was warm and crystal clear. Our friends made use of the kids' club and were very pleased with the care and professionalism of the staff there — it gave them real peace of mind.
There were a few minor downsides. Only three devices can be connected to the Wi-Fi per room, which was a bit limiting. Also, while the beach was generally clean, it would be great if the sand was sifted more regularly — from time to time we stepped on small debris (like wood or plastic fragments) hidden beneath the surface. Additionally, the room we were given didn’t appear in any of the pictures on hotel booking sites. While it was clean and comfortable overall, it was smaller than expected, and it would have been nice to see an accurate representation of it before booking.
That said, we truly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It’s a great place for families and those looking for a relaxing seaside holiday.
Massa toerisme en ook torenhoge prijzen voor deze accommodatie. Eten en drinken van slechte kwaliteit. Niet te vergelijken met andere 5* in Antalya. Deze is onder de maat
Tarif un peu excessif mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les enfants ont adoré l’hôtel que nous n’avons pas mis un pied dehors pendant 4 jours. Les photos prisent par le photographe sont cher et le papier est de mauvaise qualité 10e la petite photo !!! Un peu bruyant et chambre mal insonorisée
Le fonctionnement de l’hôtel fait que les clients ont un comportement égoïste et individualiste…exemple ils viennent déposer leur serviette dans la nuit ou très tôt le matin sur les transats et réservent leur place toute la journée. Ils n’ont pas de savoir vivre et même si vous vous retrouvez en plein soleil parterre avec vos enfants ils ne sacrifient pas un de leur transat en en ayant déjà 5/6… dans certains hotels ils fonctionnent autrement ce qui permet de ne pas avoir ce genre de comportement. Rien n’a été fait sur nos 4 jours sur ce point là…chaque matin sur le chemin pour aller petit déjeuner nous avons vu tous les transats « réservés » par les memes habitues…nous nous sommes resignes à trouver un coin d’ombre parterre . Certains posent même leurs affaires sur des tables pour les réserver pendant des heures et vous vous retrouvez à manger parterre sur votre serviette ou si vous avez de la chance sur un transat. Des enfants vont dans la piscine avec leur cocktail et les renversent dans l’eau sans parler des pépins de pastèque qu’ils crachent partout. Hygiène autour de la piscine moyenne…Le restaurant est très bon et varié mais difficile de trouver une place
Das Personal war super freundlich ! Die Anlage an sich Top gepflegt, identisch wie auf den Bildern . Einige bemängeln die Bedingung während des Essens , was ich nicht bestätigen kann. Das Personal hat alle Hände voll zu tun und sind trotz allem super freundlich und wenn die Umstände es zulassen , dann bedienen sie einen auch ...sehe generell kein Problem, mir mein Getränk selbst zu holen :)
Auch die Jungs und Mädels an den Bars extrem humorvoll, haben jeden Spaß mitgemacht:)
Die Animateure sind auch der Hammer , genauso bekloppt wie ich :D als würde man sich schon 20 Jahre kennen ..
Die Shows die einen geboten werden , absolut Top , vor allem die Michael Jackson Show ...mein hohen Respekt ...1 zu 1 getanzt wie der King of Pop !!
Meine Frau ist relativ anspruchsvoll und achtet akribisch auf Hotels...selbst sie sagt " hier kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder". Und das machen wir auch ... Danke für den schönen Urlaub liebes Kamelya Team:*

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, tolle Zimmer, hohe Sauberkeit. Die machen alles, damit man sich dort wohl fühlt.

Some staff were nice some had bad attitude issues
Charged extra per night as there was a mistake made on the booking where my child is 12 but was entered as 0 years a genuine mistake they could waived the fee .
Rooms were made up late cups weren’t cleaned properly
Balcony was flooded by the sprinklers as we were on ground floor .

Von den bildern her gut ,aber in wirklichkeit renovierungsbedürftig.
wir waren mit 8 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder ,davon ein Baby und es wurde in dem Zimmer der Eltern mit dem Baby 4 Tage nicht gesäubert, obwohl sich das Kind übergeben hat,
Handtücher nicht gewechselt,die Minibar nicht aufgefüllt,obwohl wir Ultra Inclusive hatten.
ich empfehle die Anlage nicht weiter
