Pros:

Room had been recently decorated and was very nice / comfortable,

Cons:

Dinner was ok but a lack of choice plus I think much of the food was deep fried from frozen…. I would have eaten out but lack of restaurants surrounding hotel.

Pros:

ロケーションは駅からもそこまで遠くはない。
施設は新しいのかかなり綺麗だった。

Cons:

通常部屋に置かれているサービスの案内ですが、ここはQRコードを読み取って表示する方法でした。それは先進国のホテルでもあまりない方法でいいのですが、英語を選択してもベトナム語のものしか表示されませんでした。最終的にフロントで印刷してもらいました。
エアコンの使い方がよくわからなかったこと（ウェブで検索して対処しました）と、金庫のパスコードが設定できず使えませんでした。
DO NOT DISTURBの表示も札をドアノブにかけるのではなく、ベッド横のスイッチを押して設定するという方法で、かなりユニークだと思いました。

Ổn, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

Đây là lần thứ 5 ở đây:
1. Vị trí thuận tiện: gần chợ Đông Hà, Quảng Trường, các tiện ích chung quanh.
2. Toà nhà cao nhất Đông Hà, có view tốt.
3. Nhân viên rất dễ thương.
4. Buffet sáng ổn.

Cons:

Nhân viên nên để ý khi xe về khách sạn, cần hướng dẫn Khách vị trí thay vì để Khách tự tìm.

Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí trung tâm thuận tiện di chuyển. Phòng hội nghị, tiệc sang trọng, sạch sẽ, đồ ăn ngon, nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình. Bạn Tâm và Thủy đã hỗ trợ tôi nhận phòng và trả phòng muộn vì dự hội nghị tôi rất hài lòng với cách làm việc của các bạn.

Excellent, and great staff.
Pros:

Everything, staff went out of their way to assist with all our needs and more, very friendly. Room was very clean. Driver picked us up from the airport early hrs of the morning, great service.

Cons:

The bar was closed for some reason.
