Everything was close by! The Bintaro Xchange mall was close and there's a free shuttle to get there.
Nice restaurants that are walking distance. Breakfast buffet downstairs is pretty good too.
The sink was a little loose but all was pretty well.

This is such a good hotel to stay with your family. It's very clean, comfortable, no sound from other rooms, the breakfast is amazing, the personnel is very friendly, respectful and friendly, especially Ridha! I had a very good stay here for the last week.
I recently attended a company event at the ballroom of Hotel Santika Bintaro and was truly impressed by the overall experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional service, from the security staff, receptionists, to all hotel crew members. Everyone was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly . Even during the preparation before the event, they were super helpful and attentive. I really appreciate and respect their dedication. Youcan really feel that they give their best in everything they do. I have so much respect and appreciation for their service.
In addition to the great service, the hotel itself is very nice and clean, including the public restrooms. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. It made our event run smoothly and left a great impression on all of us.
