Staff dan keramahtamahannya,dari reception bellboy hingga service direstaurant.menu sarapan yang bervariasi dan good service.
Mas Banny dan mba Ridha yang memang sering kali standby dan sering kontak dengan kami . Mereka ramah , sopan dan memberikan kesan kenyamanan . Hingga di akhir cek out,terima kasih atas Flexibilitasnya ,1,5 jam melebihi dari jadwal yang seharusnya.
Dua hari menginap tidak ada pelayanan kebersihan kamar, sampah tidak dipungut ,amenities tidak diperbaharui.
Entah karena lupa atau memang ada kesengajaan . Waktu mau dibersihkan memang saya baru saja datang dan meminta kesediannya menunggu beberapa menit untuk ganti baju. Dari jam 14.00 saya meninggalkan kamar hingga malam saya balik ke kamar , kamar masih dalam keadaan yang sama. Sampah masih disana dll. Sangat disayangkan.

I had such a wonderful stay here for 2 nights! The location is super convenient—really close to BXC Mall and surrounded by many places to eat like McD and KFC. There are also lots of cozy cafés nearby, which was perfect because I love going out for coffee.
The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The amenities were also really complete, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
What made the experience extra special was the amazing service from the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. I was especially surprised when they prepared a birthday cake for me since it was my birthday! It was such a thoughtful gesture. Jinda and her colleagues were the ones who surprised me—I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names, but I did take some photos of them. They were so kind and kept wishing me a great day and happiness.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very well taken care of. Thank you for making my birthday and my trip so memorable. I would definitely love to come back again!

Everything was close by! The Bintaro Xchange mall was close and there's a free shuttle to get there.
Nice restaurants that are walking distance. Breakfast buffet downstairs is pretty good too.
The sink was a little loose but all was pretty well.
