Que me alojaron en otro dormitorio y no en el mismo de siempre
El desayuno espectacular, la ubicación nos encantó, cerca de todo y podíamos pasear a pie, la decoración muy elegante, la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza de la habitación estuvo impecable, todo estuvo de maravilla.
Hacía mucho calor en la habitación, podrían considerar instalar aire acondicionado
Super friendly and competent staff. Excellent bathroom. Strong WIFI signal. Free coffee/tea all day in the lobby. Restaurant was very good food and prompt attentive service. Complementary breakfast buffet was good enough to make one want to eat too much! We would stay here again if we needed a hotel in Loja.
There was nothing wrong with this hotel. I would only say "I hope they keep up the good work".
