The buffet was great, a lot of healthy choices, Abdullah was so nice, and helped us with all we needed for our station(directions, stores, etc)

Great hotel! We stayed during the low season, but even then we had amazing stay. Good food selection, amazing cocktails and super friendly staff.
We had the most enjoyable week at this hotel! From the minute we checked in the staff were so welcoming and helpful, the cleanliness of the hotel was superb, the location was amazing immediately on the beach front and the facilities, including meals were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will 100% be booking again. We did visit, as a couple, during the off-peak/winter season so the hotel was relatively quiet which we did enjoy. We were told that during the summer season it can be a lot busier and we’re already looking forward to visiting to see for ourselves! There are 3 separate accommodations set within beautiful, gated grounds which is brilliant to be able to wander round at ease in. Amazing stay and a really, really enjoyable week!
We traveled as a family with 4 adults and 3 children (ages 3, 5, and a 6-month-old baby) and booked two rooms in advance. After three days of stay, we decided to extend for another 4 days, and that’s when a serious issue occurred that ruined our vacation.
On the fifth day, we received a call from the reception asking us to come. A staff member claimed there had been a “mistake” and said we had an “extra child,” demanding €350 for the 7-night stay (50 € per night for the 3-year-old). They completely ignored that we had two separate rooms.
Later, another staff member, claiming to be a manager, insisted that we pay and said there was “no other option.” We, with three children including a baby, had to stand at the reception for almost an hour to prove it was a mistake on their side.
Finally, after a call to the management, the problem was “resolved” by simply reassigning one child to the other room. The additional payment was no longer required, but we did not receive any apology or proper explanation.
This experience at the reception left a very negative impression. It suggests either staff incompetence or a potential attempt to get extra money from guests.

Other Issues with the Hotel
• Dogs roam freely on the property, which can be unsafe for children.
• The rooms are outdated and need renovation.
• Near the children’s pool, staff were painting slides during the day, and the smell of paint was strong.
• Some simit (bread) in the restaurant was very stale.
• Pools are not heated, despite what is advertised.

Unfortunately, our vacation was spoiled. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.
Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel, cleanliness and staff were amazing throughout. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Already looking at booking again for next year and would 100% recommend the hotel.

This experience completely destroyed our holiday. We spent days sick, exhausted, and fighting to be heard instead of relaxing. For a so-called five-star resort, this level of negligence and arrogance is unforgivable.
If you care about your health and your family’s wellbeing, do not book this place. The food safety standards and guest care here are unacceptable, and their management’s behaviour is the opposite of hospitality.

If you care about your health and your family’s wellbeing, stay away from this hotel. The food safety standards and the way management treats guests here are absolutely unacceptable.

We were on vacation from October 14-24. We liked the smiling staff, the unobtrusive SPA center staff, and the very thorough room cleaner (2202).
Last year we were on vacation at the Fulya hotel, so we already knew how great the hotel area and beach were.
However, both my husband and I got sick.... I was nauseous, vomited, and had a high temperature. My husband had diarrhea. I felt bad on October 17. It's good that I recovered in two days :) After reading Diana P.'s review about the rotavirus (October 21), I decided to write a review.
The food was of average quality at first, then it was very poor, fish with an unpleasant smell. After the visit of "important people" (maybe the owner or director), everything changed and it was quite delicious. I especially liked the desserts :)
I didn't drink alcohol, so I don't know what their quality was. The cocktails in the main bar looked tasty.
I don't want to spoil the hotel's rating, so I'll give it a higher score, because overall there are many more pluses than minuses. I hope the food doesn't get worse :)
I do not recommend this hotel, it is full of rotavirus, they put you in the hospital on IVs, ruined vacation for the whole family
We stayed at Kamelya Collection Selin Hotel for 4 nights with my family in September 2025. Despite it being the end of the season, we chose this hotel because we expected the high service standards the chain is known for. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met.
We booked a cabana by paying an extra fee, but it wasn’t ready in the morning as promised. The staff was indifferent, and we couldn’t get a clear response to our requests throughout the day. No refund or compensatory solution was offered, which ruined the first day of our vacation entirely.
Room cleanliness was inadequate; towels were missing, the shower area had hygiene issues, and the minibar was never restocked. In the restaurant, especially during dinner, the staff was insufficient. No one attended our table, and we had to repeatedly remind them about our drink orders. The food variety was limited, and some items tasted stale.
The pool bar was another major disappointment. We had to wait a long time to place orders, the staff was inattentive, and several drinks were unavailable. The beverages we requested for the children were either not available or delivered very late. The bar area was also unhygienic—tables weren’t cleaned, and empty glasses remained untouched for hours.
The fact that it was the end of the season does not justify the drop in service quality. On the contrary, I expected more attentive service during a quieter period. After this experience, I do not plan to choose Kamelya Collection Selin Hotel again.
An unjustified act of aggression by other hotel guests on the beach completely destroyed the positive impression of our two-week stay at this hotel. In addition to the physical and material damage caused, we were shocked by the indifferent attitude of the hotel management toward our situation. We were not provided with any support or assistance, which we consider unacceptable, especially since we have been regular guests of this hotel for many years.
The staff are extremely rude and not friendly to Black Guests
We have been here before and this is our second holiday. We had a very happy and guarantor holiday. It is a wonderful hotel and we saw a nice and pleasant female staff who looks after it. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and smells nice. I would not say "mashallah" and say "it's perfect". The name is Fatma B. It is very beautiful.

Except for a nice guy at the pool bar everything is just awful. Avoid by all means. Food poisoning, CAT poop and hair everywhere. Smells like swever from the room balcony. Room outdated, just terrible, bathroom like in a cheap motel.
