Pros:

This place is 15-20 minutes walk from the airport. Very convenient for early morning flights. The place is very decent, clean and perfect for overnight stay, complementary coffee and pastry is included. Great value for money.

Cons:

早朝でも空港まで安全に歩ける格安ホテル
Pros:

ベネチア・マルコポーロ空港まで、安全に歩けます。空港敷地入口まで10分弱、そこから安全な歩道で駐車場を横切って、ロビーまで10分、合計20分弱です。案内看板もしっかりしていて、迷いません
早朝6:30のフライトだったので、4:00にこのホテルを出ました。普通に歩いて、4:20には空港ロビーに入れました。
グーグルマップだと広い道路を歩く遠回りのルートが表示されますが、実際は、空港敷地に入るとターミナルビルへ直行できる歩道が整備されていて、グーグル表示よりも5分ぐらいはショートカットできます。
空港敷地までの道路について、夜中に交通事故やヤカラなど心配でしたが、一部歩道がない道路を数分だけ歩く所もあったものの早朝であれば交通量がとても少なく、全く問題ないです。また、街灯が設置されていて暗い道を歩くことはなく、危険は全く感じませんでした。
ホテルの１階がファミレスとピザ屋さんです。特徴のない料理になりますが、夕食には困りません

Convenient and excellent value
Pros:

Very close to airport and Venice central bus 5 also goes direct to bus station in Venice. Takes about 25 minutes so easy to get in and out. The hotel is exceptionally good value as breakfast is included and is ideal for solo travellers and those on a budget. Lovely en suite bathroom and quiet.

Cons:

The patron has put refreshments and a noisy coffee making machine in the corridor as well as the breakfast room. unfortunately this was outside our rooms and while ideal for late arrivals and early departures means you are likely to be woken in the small hours. It is still generous to offer a Continental breakfast but I suggest customers are advised to keep quiet between midnight and 6 a.m.

Molto vicina all aereoporto.. raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti..

Cons:

Non c è uno spazio per la colazione..! C è un apparente buffè.. macchinetta del caffè .. dispenser acqua .. e qualche merendina..

Ideal for early flights!
Pros:

Walking distance to the airport, which is crucial for early morning flights. Despite of closeness to the airport, we didn't hear much noise from planes. Italian restaurant below the hotel solves supper problem, we are not aware about breakfast. Next to the hotel is pizza and kebab place. There was sweet breakfast left for early birds next to the Reception for early birds- croissants, muffins, cookies etc. Coffee machine with good coffee. Room& bathroom were clean

Cons:

There was something with mattresses as we had double room where 2 beds were put together. Mattressses formed pile in the center and one of them had kind of hole (too many people had slept on it). Too few electric sockets, you should choose either charge your electric devices or use nigh lamp. Despite of these few things I would recommend this hotel for staying night before flight or late arrival.
