Convenient location, walking distance to major attractions and good restaurants.
Pros:

Staff were nice, breakfast was better than expected. There were stairs to our room on the 5th floor. We had help from the front desk to carry up our bags, thankyou.
There was a lovely outside deck, very pleasant for an evening drink.

Cons:

Air conditioner in our room was unacceptable. We reported that the unit was not blowing cool air, no action appeared to happen as the room was hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. There is a lift to the check in level on the 4th floor but stairs to the 5th floor which is where our room was.

Muy buena atención
Pros:

El recepcionista muy amable, se esforzaba por hablar español y hacerse entender, buena limpieza

Cons:

Cuando llegamos no servía el aire de nuestra habitación. Pero al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación y estuvo mucho mejor.

Fijn kamer(tje), nieuwe b(we gingen voor de motorGP Mugello) en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

De locatie was 1,3 km lopen vanaf de grote Dom. Voor ons geen probleem.
De verhouding prijs/kwaliteit/ontbijt was goed. Voor deze prijs kan je ook geen enorm uitgebreid ontbijt verwachten.
Een algemeen groot balkon waar je je ontbijt kan nuttigen als je wilt.
Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig!
Het personeel in de naastgelegen garage was ook hulpvaardig en dacht mee ivm de milieuzone.

Cons:

De buitenkant/entree doet je het ergste vermoeden:)
Verder niks wat tegen viel

Pros:

Kurze Wege zur Straßenbahn, wenn sie und wie weit sie fährt, der beste Weg in's Zentrum.
Der Cappuccino zum Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Personal. Zwei Mitarbeiter haben sich vor Ort, im Frühstücksraum, während der Frühstückszeit sehr laut gestritten.
Parkplätze sind nur 4 insgesamt fürs Hotel vorhanden. Muss vorher, am besten fernmündlich, reserviert werden.

El desayuno

Cons:

La habitación.
Sin mes de luz, sin percheros, enchufes poco y mal ubicado.
Nunca hicieron la habitación, salíamos a las 08.00 y ponía cartel para limpieza, volvía luego de almuerzo y no estaba hecha, salía otra vez a las 15.00 y decían que ya no había servicio de limpieza. 3 días sin limpiar y mismas toallas tiradas por falta de percheros.

Pues no me gustó nada. Ubicación un poco alejada de todo. El desayuno era normalito.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación, el suelo el día que llegamos estaba lleno de tierra. La cama era incómoda y se escuchaba mucho ruido del tranvía y habitaciones vecinas.

MI ě piaciuto tutto, ero gia stato due anni fa e devo dire che é stata aggiunta la zona colazione sullaterrazza e si puo vedere perfettamente il mare ed il piccolo porto, la posizione della struttura é eccellente e sopratutto il personale é molto socevole e la pulizia delle camere é al top.

Niente, forse lunica cosa negativa é la connessione Wi-Fi molto debole ma funziona
