Acho que não precisavam cobrar pelo estacionamento, já que é do próprio hotel e não terceirizado. O café da manhã podia melhorar, especialmente na parte de bolos.

Hotel atende muito bem dentro do proposto, se melhorar o elevador ficará perfeito
Pros:

Atendimento dos recepcionistas, localização, limpeza do hotel, conforto das camas, banheiro espaçoso, água com aquecedor com um chuveiro muito bom, conta com restaurante anexo ao hotel para quem quer comer algo sem sair do conforto.

Cons:

Elevador lento, e somente um isso é inaceitável para um hotel do porte deste, onde o fluxo é bem alto de hóspedes.
