Pros:

Muy buen hotel, muy cerca de la cslle prinvipal, no es necesario utilizar auto, buen servicio, buena cochera, ideal para un fin de semana.

Hotel se corrigir a deficiência no café da manhã, possui um bom custo x benefício.
Pros:

A recepção muito gentil, atenciosa.

Cons:

Cafe da manhã muito ruim, faltando itens, com os pães francês velhos e murcho, hoje 3af, não tinha nem suco verde, me parecia que estava sendo oferecido as sobras do final de semana, isso é muito ruim para imagem do Hotel. Tive que tomar café fora do hotel em uma padaria proxima do hotel.

Die Stadt Gramado ist wunderschön, ebenso wie alle anderen Städte in der Umgebung.
Pros:

Alles war wunderbar. Das Frühstück war großartig, die Angestellten sehr freundlich und die Lage mitten im Zentrum.
Wir waren begeistert. Nur eine Sache hat uns gestört: der Verkauf von "Cotas"- im Hotel und in fast jedem Geschäft,
das wir betreten haben.

Muito bem localizado, funcionários educados e gentis. Café da manhã ok e limpeza ok também.

Cons:

Travesseiros ruins apenas, mas nada que desabone. O hotel é gostoso, tem ótima localização, atendimento cordial.
