This place was a dump!! We left and didn’t stay at this property it was so bad. We should be refunded our money it was so bad. Paid a premium because there were no other places to stay. We left and drove to Utah. Beware of pictures people they joint is not what it shows online.
Very clean and comfortable room and facilities. The buffet breakfast that was included was a big plus!
This is a nice option to some other high priced hotels in the area—- I would have given it another star if they would clean up the elevator area and the breakfast area. The breakfast could be made more presentable, add some fruit, a hot water pot ( having to get hot water from the sink for oatmeal and tea is not very good)— at least the coffee was hot and good!
We were only here on night as I was speaking at a Rotary Club meeting the next day. Everything at the hotel was clean, beautiful and peaceful. I will be back!

This hotel exceeded my expectations especially as it has a lovely warm pool and jacuzzi - they were both great. The rooms are nice, the staff friendly and breakfast good. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Beautiful property in amazing location! Big well appointed rooms with really comfortable beds! A little dated furniture but it’s all in great condition and it’s fun! Safe and easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Lots of parking and great customer service. Breakfast is included and is actually pretty good. Starbucks across the street and McDonalds one block away. We’ve stayed before and will definitely stay again. Quiet and very clean with excellent air conditioning, great water pressure in big bathroom and DIRECT TV is AWESOME! Great value for the price in Hailey!!!
