PLEASE NOTE: that the property operates a contactless reception and do not have a physical reception on site. As a result, guests must complete a pre-online check-in before their arrival.

Pros:

Contactless check-in and check-out was really easy. Location was quiet and a short walk away from the shops. Rooms and shared spaces were very clean.

Cons:

One of the door codes was a bit confusing. The code included a space, but there was no indication in the message that this should be keyed in as the '*' character.

This property has had a really thoughtful renovation Very stylish design elements I felt like I was in a Californian motel Great comfy bed, great shower It’s basic and quiet with really easy parking and room access Great communication and easy self check in
Well priced for where and what it is.

Cons:

Pros:

Overall, a really nice experience. Great interiors, vibrant atmosphere. The room has everything essential and even more. A nice variety of tea and a few coffee capsules made a great impression. A big quality bed is a big plus.

Cons:

It's really inconvenient to take a shower without a shower curtain... Half of the bathroom is covered with water no matter how hard you try not to splash it around. The curtain would help to deal with that easily. And two sheets instead of a normal duvet cover...seems not quite hygienic.

Very comfortable we decided to extend our stay the property is in a great location as our room was so comfortable
Pros:

The rooms are very nice th beds comfortable and they have everything you could want in a motel the separate cantina offers an ice machine vending machines with ph chargers, toothbrush ect, there’s also a tap for filtered water or sparkling water.

Cons:

I am being extremely picky another rubbish bin would be nice

Very clean and comfy stay at the Isla.
Pros:

We like the modern refurbishment of this property with very clean and comfy rooms and all amenities. The rooms are light and airy. Short stroll to shops and cafe is great. Good motel style easy private car parking (though a full house might mean you have to park in a public off site area).

Cons:

The shower can be problematic as it soaks the bathroom floor and mats. The shower itself is fabulous; but no shower door equals a messy wet bathroom afterward. The property has online checkin and checkout (involving multiple texts and emails and uploading license, etc) so there are no staff on site, however the response to emails or phone calls is excellent.

Cons:

No comfortable chair to sit in and relax, only one hard wooden upright chair. No door on shower and water went all over bathroom. No view.
