値段を考えればアリ。
立地はダウンタウンなので良い。
設備は古いが用はたりました。
エアコンの調子が悪いとか小アリがでるとかの不具合はありましたが言えば対応してくれます。
朝食もそこそこ頑張ってくれました。
この状態で40〜50ドルなら許容範囲。

Staff and service are the best thing about this hotel. Location is the second best thing. I have stayed in couple of hotels in this budget range, had to come back to this one for its service. If you are looking for a mid range hotel with easy access to what Yangon has to offer, it's hard to beat this hotel.

ダウンタウンへは歩いて行ける距離にある。
今回3人での宿泊だったがツインルームに簡易ベッドがあるだけで、部屋で鞄を広げると少し窮屈に感じた。
部屋の電気がカードキーシステムだが、一度抜くと再び挿した時にエアコンが5分位点かない。
朝食は朝7時からだと言われたが7時に行くとまだ用意されておらず、全ての料理が出てくるまで15分程かかった。
スタッフは皆腰が低く礼儀正しい印象を受けた。
テレビはNHKが映る。
タクシーを呼んでもらったら配車サービスのものだった為、値段交渉も無く無難な価格で乗ることができた。

Chinese rerated Hotel in Yangon downtown.

This fine for a short stay such as a business trip. The staff were helpful and the room was large enough and clean. The breakfast was limited but ok if you are happy with mostly Burmese food. The only problem was a cold shower but this was probably just my room. For the price you cant argue really.

Not too far from Junction city and Bogyoke market. From the roof top, we can see Shwedagon Pagoda. Many shops are near hotel and delicious. Really loving service and all the staffs ate helpful. Not too noisy, not too quiet and feel good the rooms are very comfortable. I'll surely go there again when I come back to Yangon.

部屋がフローリングになり、朝食も良くなり、コスパ良しです。スタッフの皆さんは相変わらず親切です。

Nice hotel with nice food options nearby (Shan Kitchen, Craft). Cleanliness of room can be improved (lizard droppings on some surfaces, insect on towel). Aircon is a little noisy on warming up. Otherwise bed is comfy, and location is great. Staff is friendly, thankful to the Manager for allowing me to check out later (2pm) as I have an evening flight.

You might feel tired when arrived hotel, within their smile and hospitality service you would be relaxed! Friendly and helpful to figures out and explore more in the city!

This hotel is in a really good location with great eating places, however it feels uncared for. A nice bed is about where the goodness stops. Power outside all the time including air conditioning. Shower fell off the wall. Pretty dirty and breakfast was appalling. Dont opt for breakfast here. Plenty of great places nearby. I had to ask for 4 changes of adaptor plugs in as many days and then when you add your country adaptor to these they consistently fall out of the wall. Staff, especially the men, door staff seem more interested in their phones than their guests and upon my return twice one guy was behind the desk with his finger up his nose! This place could be so much better with a little TLC to it and add yogurt and muslie and some decent coffee to the breakfast and a bit of staff training is all that is required. Breakfast was like floating grease and the coffee so weak that you couldnt tell the difference between this and tea.

Quite a good location,room acceptable,breakfast change daily. nearby 3 min walking distance to Yaw Min Gyi (Boyar Nyunt Street),i went there everyday for meal n drink,there's lot of pub,bar, restaurants and massage,my flavour jap food Miyaki bar club n body&foot massage at Singapore foot reflexology are all there,just feel relax n a warm village.

Staff are very friendly and went out of their way to help me navigated around the city. One of them even loaned me an umbrella that I lost. Room is always clean but towels could be newer. It takes 5 minutes to turn on the AC because it is on power surge protector and it has 5 minutes delay. Electricity for room only works when you insert your room key into designated slot. Overall, I am really happy with my stay, especially with the staff.

The hotel is perfect for a stay, Location is best. 5 to 7 mins walk to Bogyoke Market, there're various food stalls just in the same road of the hotel. The Fatman bar is my fav to choose this hotel. 🙊

Location is one of the best things about Sunny Holiday hotel.
And the staffs are very friendly.
There are all kinds of restaurants near the hotel for us to choose.
Easy access to many tourist Attraction.

Good Hotel to stay in Yangon
staff is very co-operative and very humble
Also the manager is very cooperativeand helpful
The location is very good near to Bogyoke market and also near to Sule pagoda
The rooms are neat and clean but little small but enough for one person
They can improve a lot in their amenities and other things
good in service

When i arrived that hotel staff are warmly welcome to me , All staff are every smile , kindly . i like that hotel location because of this location is near close Junction city shopping mall and bojoke market and then shwedagon pagoda , china town , downtown , and then Breakfast are very good , So i knowed why this hotel so clearly. that why i would like to recommend to stay there , Hotel price is so cheap this point so good to me i would like to be next time stay here ,

Stay in Sunny holiday hotel for nearly two week and enjoyed the experience.Room was confortable with suite rooom.Hotel reception and all staff were friendly and helpful.location to places of interest around yangon and room rates are value for money. Taxi are easily available and hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. If you want to stay close to the city.I would highly recommend staying at sunny holiday hotel if you ever visit Yangon

I found a nice hotel when my relatives from another town came to my place. We have to find a convenient place because of my kids. Great place to stay in Yangon and very affordable price hotel in town. It was very nice location for our family..Very clean and comfortable bedroom..Excellent service and staff are friendly..Perfect ❤

Been there for a couple of days and found that the location is very convenient.Receptionists are friendly and room rates are resonable..
I highly recommend this hotel as the best deal you can find in central Yangon.

The location is very nice and convenient,easy to walk the Shwe dagon pagoda,Sule pagoda and Bogyoke market.The street is also quite busy so it's very safe to walk arround even night.It's quite near chinese food, shan food and myanamr traditional food and coffee shop too.The staff it friendly and helpful.
