Al-Minhaj Service Apartments

My experience at Alminaj was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property to anyone — especially families with children.
The cleanliness and hygiene standards were very poor. The kitchen area was dirty, the sink basin and dish dispenser had visible grime (kai), and it was obvious these areas had not been cleaned properly. The pillowcases and bed sheets were not changed after the previous guests left — they were stained and had an unpleasant smell.
Even more concerning were the safety issues. Some glass windows were cracked, posing a serious risk, and the door locks were faulty, making it hard to open or exit the rooms once shut. This made me feel unsafe, particularly for children.
Overall, the property felt neglected, the staff service was unhelpful, and there seemed to be no proper housekeeping or maintenance in place. For these reasons, I would strongly advise against staying here until major improvements are made in cleanliness, safety, and staff training.

My stay was made even more pleasant by the friendly staff there.
Particularly Tupou, who has a great attitude and always willing to assist with a smile. She is a real asset to the team. Keep it up Tupou!
Room and overall facilities were nice and clean. Neighbourhood is also quite and safe.
I will definitely stay at Al Minaj again.

I didn’t recommend. There is no hot water not providing towels. Its look only good from outside not inside

Overall terrible. Check-in was really friendly but unfortunately that was where our good experience ended.
Severe absence of advertised facilities- no coffee, internet, tv, towels, toiletries, noisy air conditioning, single duvet for a king size bed, dirty and very much past its peak. Location was chosen as close to airport and a supermarket. Would not return.

We needed to book something because our first hotel was so bad, we chose this but it turned out to be more of a locals living units than a hotel, the room was noisy and uncomfortable but the staff were amazing

We stay here whenever we go to Nadi, Freddy the owner always goes out of his way to make us happy. The staff are all nice, they carry our bags up to our room. Close to the airport and shops and banks in walking distance. Its not a 5 star hotel but its affordable and clean.

Property is dirty. All amenities are broken inside the room. They never clean my room or changed my bedsheet on the duration of my stay. I will never ever stay in this property again.

There was less parking, other than that everything else was fine.

The fridge hadn’t been cleaned and smelt and had water on the bottom of it that had been there a long time no washer as advertised and for 120 aud I’m glad I stayed only 1 night
Bed was comfortable and air con was good half broken but it worked

The air-conditioning was good. Bed ok.
Kitchen needs more utensils.
No lifts you have to carry heavy bags up the stairs.

The property is falling apart and thr hygiene is so teriible mould in the bathrom you can literally get more dirty in the shower its so dirty,none of the appliance is working ,all our food in the fridge got wasted despite complaining for 3 days in a row ,kettle not working, microwave not working ,washing machine keeps going for all day ,cocroachs crawing in the kitchen and culboards,ridiculous service the recption took over a hour to sortout the booking ,never recomend this place ,should never be on Expedia ,extremely dissapointed.

Housekeeping is very poor. Kitchen Overall very bad condition. Don't feel like cooking and using anything provided. so didn't cook at all. Bathroom very poor. Firstly hot water wasn't coming. Shower water goes out to floor. Very Small vanity area. Bedding linen especially duvet don't use. Please change and smells so bad. Sweat smells everywhere from previous. One thing i like was having a own small terrace area.

The rooms is spacious, worth our money and is cheap. Surely recommended. Staff’s were friendly and polite. Loved the place. Keep it up ! Will visit again soon.

Needed a place near the airport for a few hours. Poor choice

Terrible place, rooms filthy, really rundown, window missing glass, dirty water runs into pool, lots of people just hanging around.

Came back one day to all my stuff packed up, turns out they had thought I was meant to be checking out so started packing it all up to move me out then must've realised they were wrong.

The place in general was dirty - towels were stained, sheets were had marks all over them, the floor hadn't been cleaned in years.

The whole place is rundown - tile falling off the walls everywhere, my AC unit sounded like it was dying, shower head was falling apart, curtain rain was hanging on for dear life, electrical switch board in room was falling apart.

One of our rooms had the slat window missing glass, so essentially no window at all. Didn't help it was loud all night

Very average property. Although the rooms are supposed to be self contained, there were no pots, pans or cutlery. And there's a washing machine in the bathroom, obviously put in as an afterthought. Quite impractical. Not going back.
