清潔でした。

Cons:

まず1点。
トイレが狭すぎます。
部屋が広いのにトイレのスペースを確保しない意味が分かりません。

次に防音について。
防音性能は低いです。
玄関ドアは見た目はしっかりしてそうですがチープで、
廊下の音をほとんどそのまま通しているように感じました。（廊下でベラベラ喋る人が悪いですが）トイレのスライドドアも軽いです。私はダブルベッドの部屋に1人で泊まりましたが、カップルでもし来ていたら用を足す音がダダ漏れだと思います。

そして最悪なのがバスルームでした。
まず位置が悪いです。
風呂桶と洗い場が別れているタイプですが、シャワーを流すには手をグッと伸ばさなければなりません。
そこに追い打ちをかけたのが温度調節のところです。
この温度調節のパーツが壊れているのかよく分かりませんが、熱いので温度を下げると徐々に元に戻っていってしまいます。何度やっても勝手に元に戻っていってしまい大変です。左手でシャワーを持ち右手をグッと伸ばして水を出し温度調節のダイヤル？が動かないように抑える。
疲れを癒やすはずが、ドッと疲れました。

悪い点が全て構造上の問題なので、改善できないのではと思いますが何とかならないのでしょうか？

あとは線路沿いなので電車が通るとうるさいですが、
これは承知の上なのでそこまで気にはなりませんでした。

接客はとても良いだけに残念です。

清水に泊まる時は毎回ここ！！
Pros:

いつも利用させてもらってます。 トイレは狭いですが、セパレートになっていてこの値段は非常に嬉しい。部屋もいつも清潔。

很棒的一次住宿體驗，距離車站很近，停車也方便，也非常感謝飯店在入住前協助收了一個包裹。

最高の滞在でした！駅からのアクセスが良く、車での移動もスムーズでした。何より、事前に荷物を受け取ってくださったスタッフの皆様の温かい対応に感動しました。清水に来る際は、また必ずここに泊まります。
