Not maintain properly
Pros:

Rooms are not maintain properly. Staff need more training. Food which are in the menu not available. Only positive thing is staff trying to help their best.

Dirty Hotel with no facilities.
Pros:

We book this hotel for two nights but stayed less than 2hrs. We had to pay our own money to move to another hotel.
Room was dirty and old. Bed sheets and quit was smelly. Tiles were broken. Dirt was visible on the floor.
Toilet was very old and dirty. Shower didn't have hot water. Taps and shower was leaking .
Room was cold . There was no heater and it was in the middle of winter.
The entire hotel look dark and unpleasant. Staff wasn't friendly and unhelpful. Hotel is located in a terrible location. There is no proper road access apart from dirty road. You feel unsafe all around. Also , the staff gives you very creepy looks . We had a terrible experience with this hotel. Never ever again.

Enjoyable stay at Gautam.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner both were good with lots of options, staff was delightful and always ready for the help with sweet smile, location was superb and was exactly what we wanted. Overall a very comfortable stay without any worries.

Definitely a better choice.
Pros:

It may not be the best but definitely is a better option in a city that is not known for 5 star hotels. This one had a great service and comfortable rooms along with being placed in a nice, accessible location.

Undoubtedly an excellent hotel.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is fantastic, easily acessiable to all the pilgrimage around. The staff is so kind and so helpful, very good room service and room dining, very nice atmosphere even outside of this hotel. Surely an excellant hotel - no doubt about that ! We highly recommend on this hotel.
