Pros:

La posizione ĆØ meravigliosa, fuori dal traffico ma vicina ai servizi. Si sentono solo i rumori della natura.
La vista offre un panorama raro. Bellissima la colazione in giardino. L'host disponibile e molto gentile.

Pros:

What a gem! šŸ˜ Italian Guesthouse was honestly one of the best parts of my trip to Saint Lucia. The view over Rodney Bay is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, and the location is perfect close to the beach, great restaurants, and the Friday night street party.

The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. But the real highlight was the hospitality. The hosts are amazing and super friendly, always smiling, and full of great tips on where to eat and what to do. They really make you feel like you're staying with friends rather than at a guesthouse.

La vue est exceptionnelle. Le cadre est vraiment trĆØs sympa. En plus, le fait dā€™ĆŖtre en hauteur rend lā€™usage de la clim inutile avec les alizĆ©s qui vous bercent. Le personnel est trĆØs gentil. Pas invasif. Cā€™est aussi pratique dā€™ĆŖtre rĆ©cupĆ©rĆ© Ć  la gare maritime. En fait, on se sent comme Ć  la maison. Cā€™est simple, une halte hors du temps, comme chez des amis avec une ambiance pas compliquĆ©e. En basse saison, jā€™Ć©tais la seule rĆ©sidente, ce qui a rajoutĆ© Ć  mon impression dā€™ĆŖtre tranquille Ć  la maison. Une bien belle faƧon de dĆ©couvrir Sainte-Lucie.
ƀ noter tout de mĆŖme quā€™avoir une voiture de location ou pouvoir joindre un chauffeur est quand mĆŖme nĆ©cessaire sinon on peut descendre la colline et prendre un taxi collectif mais je conseille de remonter en voiture. Le logement est quand mĆŖme rĆ©servĆ© Ć  ceux qui peuvent se dĆ©placer.
Point IMPORTANT : Il y a eu des ruptures dā€™approvisionnement sur le rĆ©seau dā€™eau alors pensez Ć  acheter des rĆ©serves dā€™eau en bouteille et heureusement, chaque logement a sa citerne. Ce nā€™est pas nĆ©gligeable du tout.

Ne vous faites pas avoir par la photo principale : elle ne correspond pas Ć  tous les logements. Nous avons rĆ©servĆ© pour une jolie vue, mais nous avons hĆ©ritĆ© d'une chambre avec vue sur un parking en gravier. L'Ć©tablissement mĆ©lange les photos : une seule chambre a la belle vue, les autres n'ont rien. De plus, le service client a sciemment fait traĆ®ner les choses : ils ont mis un temps infini Ć  rĆ©pondre, puis ont ignorĆ© mes appels. Ce manque de rĆ©activitĆ© m'a empĆŖchĆ© d'annuler Ć  temps pour rĆ©cupĆ©rer 50 % de la somme. RĆ©sultat : j'ai Ć©tĆ© prĆ©levĆ© de la totalitĆ© et ils n'ont rien voulu savoir.
Les autres points nƩgatifs :
Insonorisation inexistante : Les murs sont trĆØs fins et tremblent dĆØs que quelqu'un marche Ć  cĆ“tĆ©.
PropretĆ© et hygiĆØne dĆ©plorables : PrĆ©sence de cafards. Des nuisibles ont mĆŖme rongĆ© la planche Ć  dĆ©couper et d'autres Ć©quipements (photos Ć  l'appui).
Bilan : Une grosse dĆ©ception et un sentiment de s'ĆŖtre fait avoir. Le rapport qualitĆ©-prix est inexistant et la gestion est de mauvaise foi. ƀ fuir si vous cherchez la tranquillitĆ© et une jolie vue.

Too many mosquitoes
Pros:

It is located on the hills, two houses have great views. But I didnā€™t enjoy my stay, my biggest complaint was too many mosquitos, I got bitten all over even with the netting. The windows were always open, and no AC in the room they moved me over to. And the owner was in Italy, he charged $11 USD more than what was advertised in booking.com even though it says taxes and fees included in the advertised price. I wouldnā€™t recommend this property.

Cons:

Too many mosquitoes. Some rooms have no AC, some rooms having AC, and usage of AC cost US $10 more each day.

My teenage son and I had the most wonderful stay at the Italian guesthouse. The staff were v friendly and welcoming and we felt at home there. The facilities were very clean and the apartment well equipped. The grounds were beautifully cared for and the views were stunning!
