Pros:

Bungalow frontbeach, außergewöhnlich schön. Der schönste Beach auf Phangan. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Dahinter auf der Straße hat man alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Bad im Bungalow könnte schön langsam renoviert werden und die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken.

Very relaxing and lovely beach

Cons:

All of the staff were very friendly apart from the older lady with the pink jacket on, very rude! me and my daughter asked for a taxi to a zip wire, I showed her a photo of where we would like to go she arranged this, we then got in the taxi, about 15 min in the taxi driver said are you going to the pier to which I said no this is where we are going and showed him the address he shook his head and carried on driving. I got the place up on my maps to show him, he then stoped in the middle of nowhere and started shouting at us in Thai which was very scary! He then called the reception and spoke to pink jacket lady she came on the phone with me and said I ordered a taxi to the pier, I said no I showed you a photo of the place I wanted to go and she replied with I couldn’t see properly and demanded we pay him an extra 400 bat.
This was a very scary situation to be in a women with her daughter stopped in the middle of nowhere being shouted at. This was a real shame because everything else about the resort was lovely. I did get an apology the next morning but not from the two people that should have gave me one.

Wunderbar und sehr entspannend
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Bungalow direkt am Strand. Das war toll. Auch das Essen war super wie die Liegestühle am Strand.

Alles in Allem zu empfehlen. Die Vorteile überwiegen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich toll! Feiner Strand und klares Wasser.
Es war Strandtasche, Strandmatten und ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Zusätzlich Zahnbürste, Duschhaube und Seife für jeden Zweck im Bad.

Cons:

Die Bauweise und Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten. Klodeckel kann auch mal Lose sein, das Waschbecken schief mit losen Plättchen.
Die Fahrt von Thong Sala ist nervig. Kurven und schlechte Strassenbelag

Super nice!
Pros:

Der Strand ist traumhaft, sowie das Restaurant direkt am Strand. Essen sehr gut. Die Deluxe Bangalows mit schöner Terasse. Da kommt richtiges Insel Feeling auf.

The location is excellent - probably the best on the beach!

Cons:

The cleaning was horrible. We stayed in two different rooms, and both had mold spots on all fabric and pillows. The aircon looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Our daughter was very ill after our stay here, and we suspect that the lack of cleanliness here was the reason for it. I would not recommend it for families with small or sensitive children.
