Wonderful stay
Pros:

Perfect location right by the beach and great value for money. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Huge thanks for helping us arrange a last-minute transfer to the property!

Pros:

Отель в центре прекрасного пляжа. Рядом вся инфраструктура поселка. Готовят в ресторане вкусно. Удобная кровать.

Не понравилось отношение персонала. Тебе как будто вообще не рады. Я пережила огромный стрес за свои же деньги. Мне нужно было рано выехать на пирс (на спидбот) Я должна быть там для регистрации в 8 утра. С меня взяли 880 бат за этот трансфер. Меня уведомили что в 6 30 я смогу сдать ключи и машина будет меня ждать. Я прихожу на ресепшен в 6 25. Там никого вообще. Все закрыто!!! На парковке нет никого такси. И спросить некого!!! Телефон не берут!!! Доехать никак по другому не могу (поселок крошечный одна улица, машин нет). В 6 40 пришли женщины на кухню.....конечно не в теме. Говорят ничего не знаем, рецепшн работает с 8 утра. Кое как добилась от них что я не могу ждать 8 утра. Они вызвонили водителя и он приехал недовольный !!!! Слава богу я успела к отправлению лодки с пирса. Чтоб вы понимали, мне никак нельзя было опоздать, ТК в 13 00 у меня был оплачен перелет с аэропорта Сураттхани в Бангкок, а далее я вылетала в Сиенрип. Про меня просто забыли!!!!! Это ужасно непрофессионально!!!! Я пережила ужасный стресс!!!

Old facilities, unfriendly manager
Pros:

The beach is beautiful and the view is great.

One young man working there was very friendly and helpful, without him our stay would have been way less enjoyable.

Cons:

The very unpleasant, rude manager of the place makes you feel like you are not welcome.

The facilities in the bungalow were old, some of them rotten or broken:

- There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and there was a terrible smell coming from the shower / bath tub, the ceiling in the bedroom was hanging low in some parts

During our stay,
- The door handle broke (day 2)
- The airconditioning broke (day 3)
- The sink was clogged from day 1 and got gradually more clogged each day until it stopped working completely (day 3)

We asked politely for a repair of the aircon and the sink. The rude manager only commented: „So yesterday the door, today the aircon and sink?“ as if it was our fault that the facilities were old and falling apart. She didn’t say anything else to us, but sent a young guy working there to check the facilities with us. He was very kind, helpful and he apologized for the inconvenience. Without him, our stay would’ve been far less enjoyable.

4 night while island hoppping great place

Heerlijke bungalow aan het strand
Pros:

Leuke locatie direct aan het strand met verschillende restaurantjes in de buurt. Mooi zwembad, nette bungalows en heerlijk om meteen op het strand te kunnen lopen.

Cons:

Er was weinig interactie met het personeel en niet altijd even vriendelijk

FAN - TAS - TIC!!
Pros:

Establishment is right against the nicest beach on koh phangan, we checked out a lot of other beaches but this one was the nicest, very calm, family friendly and beautiful views.

Also on the streetside you have everything you need, restaurants, laundry places, taxi and scooterrentals, 7-11, etc.

Rooms were nice, relatively modern and beds were very comfy. we slept great! good cleanliness and every other day you get 2 big bottles of water.

internet was working very well.

Lovely staff and good pool.

You can pay with card on the property without additional costs.

Cons:

Nothing we did not like :)

Just a few things to keep in mind:

As you are in the thong nai pan yai area, it is very far away from the pier and much more quiet and relaxed than the busy side of the island. renting a scooter/car is recommended if you want to explore the island from here. (great scooter/car rental/taxi service was just opposite of pens bungalows entrance (NOP Taxi & scooter/car rental services) we rented a scooter from them and had a private taxi ride back to the pier when we left koh phangan again.

When coming to the island its also recommended to book a taxi in advance as the people on the pier will ask pretty high prices.

Because it is an island they sometimes lose electricity and waterpressure, we didnt mind much as its part of the island life here but, keep in mind to maybe bring a powerbank when you really need electricity.

Quiet hotel in a secluded bay
Pros:

Location:
right on the beach and on a street where there are numerous eateries, and everything else
The helpful, the maintenance man who repaired my suitcase.

Quiet hotel, a bit too quiet, most of their guests are families with small kids.

Be aware that its quite a way from the pier. Best is to arrange a taxi in advance to avoid taxi mafia.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und super Service
Pros:

Sehr schöne Bungalowanlage, welche direkt am Strand liegt. Das Restaurant war ebenfalls super und das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Bungalow ist grösser als erwartet gewesen und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sogar eine Hängematte hatte es auf der Terasse.
