Rooms were clean, overall stay was OK but would explore other options in Seminyak if we return.
Pros:

The building was clean.

Cons:

There was no power outlet for the kettle in the main room and so we had to use the one in the bathroom. My daughter’s room key did not work properly. There were little lights on the street and no path either. As you enter the lobby, you can smell the canal from the street. The breakfast was also late starting at 8am, we wish it started sooner to align with our early schedules. Some of the breakfast options were too oily. I was disappointed at check-in where the hostess told me my room would be ready at 3pm instead of the agreed upon time of 2pm which was resolved only after I had a long arguments.

Pros:

The personnel was friendly

Cons:

This hotel needs refurbishment and there is lack of management. Bedding : pillows and cover not acceptable but was changed when I asked. Room was big and quite though

Pros:

Almost everything frankly, although I stayed just a few hours I felt simply good there!
