Cons:

特にトイレの蓋を上げても固定されず、落ちてくるので背中に当たり清潔さに欠け不快でした。
それと流す音と量が凄く、他の方の利用して音で夜中目が覚める。

Pros:

La ubicacion esta genial, muy cerca del metro y de tiendas 24h asi como de puntos de envio de maletas. Era pequeño pero comodo y con muchas cosas de aseo.

Pleasant and helpful staff

Cons:

The room was very small, there was hardly any room for my bag. There is no smoking area in the hotel and you have to walk two blocks to get to it, less fun in the Tokyo winter.

Banheiro com cheiro estranho de esgoto
Contratei 9 diárias e qdo fiz o check in, avisaram que o quarto só seria limpo 2 VEZES nesse período todo
Precisei do serviço de traslado de malas pela Yamato e os funcionários não foram nada prestativos.Haviam funcionárias educadas, mas ninguém muito disposto a acolher melhor , atender a algumas perguntas.O gerente , claramente ñ simpatizou conosco e às vezes, qdo perguntávamos algo, a expressão facial de desagrado era patente.Esse hotel nem deveria estar no Booking.Eu o escolhi com todo o cuidado , porque era o terço final de minha viagem e queria um local que facilitasse na hora de ir embora.Fiquei muito frustrada e trocaria de hotel, se já não o tivesse pago.Esse é um resumo mínimo, mas foram mais situações desagradáveis.Em nenhum outro hotel do Japão onde me hospedei durante um mês de viagem, fui tão mal atendida.Nunca mais volto no Web e não recomendo a acomodação
Também não quero que o hotel me responda com palavras educadas que em nada condizem com a realidade
Se vocês não gostam de trabalhar com pessoase não querem acolher estrangeiros de outras culturas, mudem de profissão
