Stanza molto piccola e bagno molto scomodo
I really liked the neighborhood. It was calm, quiet, and I felt completely safe when walking at night. The location is excellent-close to Akihabara, with two nearby metro stations, including a direct line to Haneda Airport. The staff were incredibly welcoming and allowed us to store our luggage until the end of our checkout day. Unlike other hotels that leave bags in the main lobby, they kept our luggage in a secure, staff-only room, which felt much safer. In general, it offers great value. While the hotel feels a bit dated, but a good-dated, it is still a very comfortable place to stay.
Very close to restaurants, stores, public transport. They provided us with all of the relevant information. Room amenities were plentiful and very useful.
We expected it, but rooms are tight. If you are only with 1 luggage per person, you can manage. Otherwise no issues whatsoever.

Very nice little hotel! Very nice and helpful Staff! Extremely comfortable bed! Perfect location. Window that opens (a bit), which is rare in Tokyo hotels. Washing and drying machine (only one, but it was enough for all the guests, however the hotel was fully booked during my stay). Baggage weight scale to use. Luggage storage for free, before and after check-in.
At start it felt very noisy at night because of the passing by trains, as I like to sleep with an open window, but after a night or two I got used to the noise of the trains and even found it pleasant! I have to admit is perfectly quiet when the window is closed, also the trains are not running in between approximately 1 am - 4 am.
The aircon is controlled centrally (you can only turn it on, or off) which was perfect in May, but it might be difficult for some guests in Summer or Winter (but I guess one can inquire beforehand if the temperature meets his/her expectations).
