Not a bad hotel. Friendly and clean.
Pros:

We stayed in the suite in the building across from the main hotel and it was very spacious. The staff are all great in every department. Shout out to JJ who helped with doors, bags etc and barman up at the pool (name beginning with Amo…) both are a credit to the hotel. Lovely cocktails by the poolside. Food in the Copper restaurant was very nice.
We could stay and use the hotel after checking out which was a huge bonus. Lovely cafe on ground floor when you walk to the back of hotel. Great coffee and cakes.

Cons:

Bed in the suite ok but not the best. Towels were changed everyday which they don’t need to be. Saturday night was so noisy it was tricky to sleep despite us being on top floor (7th). Other nights we could still hear voices, traffic etc but not as bad as Saturday night so we could sleep. I think the main hotel is more modern but the older building with the suites the windows are single glazed so let’s in a lot of noise.
Service in the restaurant was a bit slow but lovely staff and yummy food.

a királyi lakosztályban voltunk, az egyik wc időnként magától lehúzta magát, csepegett az egyik mosdónál a csap, és az ablakok nem hangszigeteltek így az utca zaja és a szálloda aljában lévő bár zenéje elég hangos volt. a reggelinél többször jelezni kellett hogy a kávégép nem megfelelően műkődik

I portieri, JJ e Maiky, gentilissimi e degni di un servizio a 5 stelle.

Camera , suite royal, troppo rumorosa (insonorizzazione inesistente) e con numerosi problemi (jacuzzi fuori servizio, problema di scarico, rubinetto che sgocciolova...). Peccato perché la struttura è bella ma mancano la manutenzione e i servizi di un hotel 4 stelle.

Amazing stay in Bangkok

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amaranta Hotel and truly felt it deserves every one of its five stars.

From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained — clean, elegant, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring Bangkok.

A very special thank you to Lay, Anwa, and Ann JJ who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made such a difference. They were always ready to assist with a smile, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable for us. Staff like them truly elevate the entire experience.

The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Amaranta Hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely be returning on our next trip.
