Pros:

We were a group of 25 people from Latvia. We traveled with our own car.
The hotel is located right on the beach, a 5-minute walk from the fortress.
Very responsive staff.
The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Comfortable beds. Good soundproofing. There is a kettle for making drinks. I really liked the soap/shampoo series.
Parking in the hotel yard. Dog-friendly hotel at no extra charge.
Very tasty and excellent breakfast. Everyone really liked the "attraction" - make your own waffles.
We definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Bel immeuble (la salle du petit-déjeuner est époustouflante) sur le lac. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec vue sur le lac et la nôtre était même équipée d'une cuisine.

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner correct sans plus. Le store de la chambre était cassé

Hotel charmoso, quarto confortável, cafe da manhã muito bom e ótima localização!

Cons:

Nenhum funcionário na recepção. Foi fácil pegar as chaves no check in, mas nao conseguimos fazer o self check out (meu nome nao estava cadastrado como hospede). Precisamos enviar email para receber um link para efetuar o pagamento da hospedagem!

Kerrankin huolella, laadukkaasti ja kauniisti rakennuksen ja ajan henkeen remontoitu ja sisustettu huone! Hyvä sijainti, kauniit ja viihtyisät oleskelutilat, hyvä ja kauniisti katettu aamupala.

Pros:

Top Lage (besser geht es fast nicht in Savonlinna), super Frühstück, Zimmer geräumig

Cons:

Das 4-Bett Zimmer hat ein viel zu kleines Bad, Jalousien waren kaputt und konnten nicht verstellt werden (nicht schön, da das Zimmer Souterrain Lage Richtung Straße hatte)

Charming and quirky stay at Hotel Hospitz!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hospitz. This beautiful 1930s building has a lovely quirky character and plenty of old-world charm that makes it feel special. The location is excellent, right by the lake, just a short stroll from Olavinlinna Castle and the town centre. We loved the peaceful lakeside setting and how convenient everything was.
The hotel is a little old-fashioned and could benefit from some refurbishment, but the rooms were still comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made our visit very pleasant.
We would happily return for the great location and unique historic feel.
