Location was great.

Good location, and it appears they’re trying to make some necessary repairs.
Value; very low cost accommodations. Cleaning staff seems to do a good job.
Breakfast included.

Breakfast was great. Construction going on and part of our room was being stripped. Great area and staff was exceptional. Pool area very nice indoors.

It had a good breakfast with a number of choices. The room was clean and roomy.

Not a good experience. Property is run down but under some light repair. The first room given on the rear 1st floor had a truck loading facility with tractor trailers being loaded loudly. Was given another room that was quiet but room and hall had white drywall powder left after having been recently painted.
Breakfast was meek and inedible. The room was otherwise clean and bed comfortable.

Clean room even with remodeling happening at the motel. My room backed up to the elevator, I was surprised it was so quiet.

**1 STAR — I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL**

I’ve been traveling for work and staying in hotels regularly for about 10 years, and this is easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

I booked SEVEN rooms for my crew for an entire week. At no point when I booked these rooms were we told that the hotel was undergoing major construction around the rooms where we would be staying.

Every day we have had to listen to grinding, cutting, drilling, pounding on walls, and other construction noise going on until around 8:00 PM. My crew works early mornings and long days, and we come back to the hotel expecting to be able to rest. Instead, we get to listen to construction happening directly around our rooms for hours.

I spoke with the front desk about it and was basically told there was nothing they could do. They couldn’t move us, and apparently they couldn’t have the construction crews stop earlier. So paying guests are simply expected to deal with it.

The condition of the hotel isn’t any better. There is drywall dust, debris, and construction mess tracked throughout the hotel. The ice machine is disgusting. Some of my guys have rooms where the AC isn’t working properly, and others have had problems with no hot water.

What bothers me most is that NONE of this was disclosed when I booked seven rooms for a week. Had I been told we would be staying in the middle of an active construction project with grinding and pounding going on until 8:00 at night, I absolutely would have booked somewhere else.

Renovating a hotel is understandable. Renting rooms immediately around active construction, allowing loud work to continue into the evening, and not warning customers before taking their money is not.

For the amount of money we are spending on seven rooms for an entire week, this is completely unacceptable. I would not put my crew here again, and I would strongly recommend anyone considering staying here ask specifically about the ongoing construction before booking.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced in 10 years of traveling for work

The hotel itself was fairly nice place but seemed to be undergoing renovations. The front desk staff was courteous and did their best to help solve the problem we had of a clogged toilet. Unfortunately, the problem did not get solved (we only stayed one night) so we had to use the hall restrooms that were located not far from our room. To be fair, it was really late at night when the problem occurred, there was only one young woman on staff and I could tell that she was trying her best.
