Pros:

beds were comfortable

Cons:

room was dirty. They were in the middle of remodeling, grout wasn't finished and grout and paint was splattered everywhere, on walls, floor, carpet. Went to run my grandkids a bath and paint and grout was in tub so tub hadn't been cleaned. pool wasn't heated and very murky water, you couldn't see the bottom.. I was leary about letting the kids swim in it but they begged. After 2 nights of swimming the pool was closed the third day, the clerk said they found something wrong with it. The sign said closed for maintenance. Hmmm. The hot tub was colder than the pool and there was a dead spider and other things floating in it. Very disappointing since my husband and I was looking forward to that. Breakfast was gross. Powdered eggs, very thin bacon and soggy potatoes. I picked this place because it said excellent breakfast. Plus they ran out of food, coffee, utensils. Staff was nice during check in. I wouldn't stay there again

Pros:

Location and how friendly the people were. How accommodating the ladies were.

Cons:

The construction went on way over 7pm. I called down to the front desk. They told the construction crew but decided to ignore them. By 9:30pm the construction crew finally quit. Even though in the elevator it said at 5pm.

Overall, the staff was very friendly and kind and did their best to help us.
Pros:

The hotel itself was fairly nice place but seemed to be undergoing renovations. The front desk staff was courteous and did their best to help solve the problem we had of a clogged toilet. Unfortunately, the problem did not get solved (we only stayed one night) so we had to use the hall restrooms that were located not far from our room. To be fair, it was really late at night when the problem occurred, there was only one young woman on staff and I could tell that she was trying her best.

Cons:

I just wish there had been some way to have backup staff come and help with the backed up toilet. We had five people staying in one room with one toilet and having no toilet in the room was tricky.

Pros:

Dirty and hot. The whole place should probably be bulldozed and rebuilt. It was not a place that I would stay at again. It was a sad place.

Wonderful, comfortable almost like home!
Pros:

The pillows and beda were comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was better than any other hotel I’ve ever been to. Cold air conditioners.

Cons:

Only issue, not a biggie:They are under construction so the bathroom sinks were slow to drain.

Should not be charging people that much to stay in a hotel that’s under renovations
Pros:

Location was fine

Cons:

It’s under renovations and the place is a mess. Things are ripped off the floors and walls. It’s messy and dangerous with screws and staples sticking out everywhere in our room.

The staff was amazing, but we couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
Pros:

The staff were great. That was about all I liked about the stay.

Cons:

The elevators didn’t work and they put us on the 3rd floor.
The pool was milky and the area smelled horrific.

It was a great experience.
Pros:

I like the spacious room. The room is perfect. It’s big and comfortable. A very good size. The foods were delicious. Great swimming place.

Not enough utensil. There wasn’t fork.

Pros:

They advertise a hot tub, but it hasn't worked since January. They don't have the advertised fitness room because they are renovating. If you want to sleep in, hope that they are not renovating your hallway. they started early( before 7:30 when we stayed). If you want a clean room there is reno dust and mud and boards in your room. If you need an elevator it has been broken for months. If you try to talk to the manager she is "unavailable" whenever you ask for her, morning, noon or night.
