Hot tub wasn’t working, pool area could have been better organized and kept up.
Crap hotel. We have stayed here multiple times . Used to be a great hotel. The previous 2 times we stayed the pool and hot tub were broken. This time and the last time, they screwed up the reservation. We reserved a room with a tub, but the room was not correct. They claim we did not reserve the tub room, and stated there was not an availabile room with a tub. And said we’d into reserved it correctly. Which is pure BS. They also play a pricing game based on things at BYUI. I would recommend it to my enemies let alone family or friends. Don’t make the mistake!!!!!!!!!!
Breakfast was acceptable but I recommend having more variety of everything. It would be nicer to find more options
As I said before, introduce more variety in breakfast and definitely have the Spa working. It was very bad for me and my family not to be able to use the spa because the water was cold
It was under construction and the pool was not open. It was a mess.
the place was under construction so the pool didn't work nor the hot tub. Everything was old and run down. We walked in to look at the breakfast and just walked out. Tables were old and broken. Food selection was not good. We had booked 3 nights but left after the 1st night because it was not up to our expectations
Under construction. Pool was ice cold. Hot tub was not working. Building was tore up. They should have listed this in the booking. Also on their website. Not happy about that at all.
Everything was clean and neat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. We stayed 6 nights and we're very comfortable. When we had an issue with the shower being too small, they were very accommodating and nice about switching our room.
The shower was small for a handicapped accessible.
The beds were comfortable
The pool was closed due to maintenance which we were not notified before, we were told that it would be fixed that day- then the next day- and then the next day, it never did get fully fixed while we were there. Our rooms were cleaned the day were got there and then besides making the beds and replacing a few towels nothing else was cleaned-the carpets and sheets were not changed or cleaned, only one bed was made on our last day. The breakfast was really sub par, it was the same thing everyday and all completely tasteless and very low quality. Refurbishing was also going on while we were there which kept everything very dirty looking even in the lobby-also not notified that they would be doing working on rooms while there.
The rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent.
They were under construction so a lot of dust that got tracked into the room. Also the pool and fitness center were unavailable so I feel like the price didn’t justify losing out on some amenities.
Right off the freeway and close to Applebee's for a good meal.
The water was not very hot for my shower. The windows were all terribly dirty.
