Location was amazing particularly with the access to Convention centre where my conference was held.

Cons:

The second bedroom had a very uncomfortale bed.
The discription regarding access and where to find the lock box was dreadful particularly on a rainy dark night which we experienced. You need to be more explicit with that detail.

Great location for access to MCEC and good amenities for self contained stay.
Pros:

Location was fantastic for what we were in Melbourne for.
Views were lovely also.
Rooms and living area were spacious and great for sharing with others.

Cons:

Wasn't aware that there was free wifi.
Missed the location of the drop off for keys, was not all that obvious.
Was hard to find the location of where to take the rubbish out and as it was ended up asking some staff from the permanent residents who were kind enough to walk me through a limited access area that I wouldn't have been able to get to had it not timed well when I was walking past and found them.

It won’t be my first pick for my next trip, but the location will keep it on standby.
Pros:

Great location for convention centre. Easy access to CBD via tram or foot. Comfortable bed with two pillows each. Apartment was pretty clean. Nice quiet apartment block.

Cons:

Shower had a very poor pressure, large, overhead shower rose only. Hard to wash off soap and Impossible to wash my hair. No extra towels during a 5 day stay for a hair wash anyway. Coffee machine was a no brand disaster that made awful coffee . No full length mirror for dressing. No soap dish in shower or near basin to hold soap. Bedroom has no windows in 1 bedroom unit. No shelves for clothing, only hanging space and some hanging cloth shelves that kept dropping everything on to the floor. TV in lounge did not work for first 2 days, then finally fixed. Hotel style sheet wrapped doona which made the bed hard to make each day. Not all these things will bother everyone, but worth noting for those that are interested.
