Pros:

I chose this accommodation because its close to family and it is very convenient. Tram stops are just a minute away and so is South Bank

Cons:

Street lighting is a little dark if your coming home a little late.
Im not sure who you have that make the beds but the sheets and blankets are made half way up the bed. We always have to dismantle the blankets and remake the bed.

Enormous balcony area. You could fit 100 people on it easily!! Great views of the river.

Cons:

Parking fees were double the fees charged in the car park opposite.
Bath and sink hadn't been cleaned.
Balcony was very very small and next to the air conditioning unit. Only one chair with one person sitting on it was possible (no table). I've never seen a balcony so small. It was a waste of space really, but I guess the owner can advertise it has a balcony!!

I would definitely come back!
Pros:

The apartment was clean and the location was good! One more key fob for the 3 bedder apartment would have been helpful. The balcony was great but the table had cob webs. The staff were incredible! The view was amazing.

Cons:

There wasn't a supermarket at DFO South Wharf. The toiletries provided were only sufficient for 2 nights at the most. One of the beds had a severe sag/imprint on one side.

Everything about my stay was 5 star.
Pros:

we had the most amazing view out of our window.
The location was so convenient as we had appointments in the city that we were able to access easily from the accomodation. It was a short and lovely walk to buy a coffee, to the exhibition buildings, DFO south warf and some amazing restaurants.

Cons:

I honestly could not fault anything.

Would definitely stay again, as location was great.
