Los paisajes, la atención por parte del personal de restaurante y jardinería, idea y concepción del entorno.

Cons:

El descuido y mantenimiento del hotel, el costo de la comida en el restaurante, la atención de recepción y gerencia (no hicieron mucho por resolver lo que les pedimos en cuanto al agua caliente). El lugar quizá estuvo hermoso hace 20 años, pero hoy en día no. Tiene su encanto ir en coche por la playa para llegar al hotel, pero si ya llegas tarde, hay que cuidar que uno no atropelle cangrejitos ni perros. No dan aviso en la promoción del hotel respecto a esto. Y el estacionamiento es muy estrecho, sólo para tres coches aproximadamente. No hay posibilidad de reembolso en caso de estar insatisfecho.

Los precios y servicios de restaurante no están bien. Las piscinas se han desmejorado con la remodelación. El personal de recepción muy amable. Las llaves ponen check out a las 12:00 y si sales después de las 11:00 te cargas 300 mxn x hora… el lugar es un paraiso

El hotel está en descuido total!!! No tuvimos agua caliente y no lo pudieron solucionar, la luz de la terraza donde está la tina no se pudo apagar porque no servía el apagador por lo que tuvimos que dormir con la luz prendida y aunque no es directa la luz si llegaba a iluminar la habitación. Tienen gatitos y perritos y los guardias se seguridad los apedrean!! De verdad es un hotel muy bonito pero sin atención y mantenimiento ni como regrese!!

Pretendían darme una habitación con una sola cama cuando había pagado el monto correspondiente a una habitación con dos camas, conforme a la selección que realicé a través de la página de internet. El personal del hotel argumentaba que así aparecía en la página, pero que el monto que había pagado correspondía a la de una sola cama.

Hope to re-visit someday!
Pros:

The location is great, the beach is huge and very nice! Having a personal pool in the room was also nice. The restaurant offers good menu with local food, tasty and reasonably priced (well, comparing to Polanco in CDMX ;) )

Cons:

There is a bit scary part of the road where you literally drive on the beach, aprox.3.5km. Be prepared with a 4x4 or a good driver :) Also be prepared that the hotel is in-between a lake and the Gulf, so expect a lot of mosquitoes, take some sprays with you.

Está muy bonito y tienes mucha privacidad, eso es maravilloso, nos tocó remodelación la alberca principal, creo que a todo el hotel le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento y tal vez algo de actualización en cuanto a paneles solares para las albercas ya que la del dormitorio y la del restaurante el agua es helada, también wifi en todo el hotel ya que como está súper alejado y mera playa la señal es débil, pero la estancia fue muy linda y buena sin duda regresaremos 🏝️🌅
