・喫煙の部屋で匂いがキツかった
・駐車場の料金で駐車券をもらって無料になると言われましたが1500円取られた

No enough pillows for two people?
Cons:

We paid for a room for two people but we only got one set of pillows (one for sleeping one and a small white one of dubious quality).I called the front desk to say I needed another set because we're two persons, but they told me they couldn't give me another. We stayed two nights but we got the value for one single person. I highly discourage people from staying here.

スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしい。事前に駅からホテルへの道順も詳しくメールされてくるので安心。部屋も清潔。窓から伊丹空港への飛行機も見えて最高でした。
