Pros:

The location was quite near to station

Cons:

It was untidy, dusty, and even had molds! We waited for more than 2 hours to get everything sorted, wasted the time, While we asked for assistance and they just offered refund instead of trying to fix the concern. 2nd room offered was still dirty. Housekeeping was only until 4-6pm. Had to clean the room ourselves.

Ahora sé qué sienten las sardinas en una lata de conservas
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la central de trenes y paradas de monorail.

Cons:

La habitación es ridículamente pequeña. Lo venden para 2 personas, pero una ya tendría problemas. CUidado con que entre un mosquito: los 3 ya no cabéis en la habitación. Muy incómodo en todos los sentidos.

Good location, small rooms
Pros:

Very nice hotel staff and close to the Shin-Osaka Station. Rooms were simple and had everything necessary.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit tight for 2 adults with suitcases and backpack. No wardrobe available, so living out of the suitcase it is. Breakfast ends at 10am, but at 09:30am the staff started to clean the buffet.
