Mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas, excesivamente delgadas, lo que dificultó un buen descanso. Además, el aire acondicionado prácticamente no funcionaba, por lo que nos despertamos varias veces durante la noche debido al calor.

El baño también presentó problemas y no funcionaba adecuadamente, lo cual resulta inaceptable. Al momento de hacer la reserva, se indicaba que el hotel contaba con piscina incluida, pero al intentar utilizarla en recepción nos informaron que tenía un costo adicional, lo cual fue engañoso.

El desayuno fue otro punto negativo: muy pocas opciones disponibles y la máquina de café estaba dañada. Al consultar al personal, la respuesta fue que no había más opciones. A pesar de que el restaurante abría a las 7:30 a.m., a las 8:00 a.m. ya no había bebidas disponibles, y la máquina indicaba falta de agua y leche sin que se solucionara.

La ubicación del hotel tampoco es conveniente, ya que está lejos del centro de la ciudad. Es necesario tomar transporte público, hay pocas opciones de restaurantes cercanos y el restaurante del hotel no estaba abierto el domingo por ser festivo. Viajaba con una niña, estaba lloviendo y el transporte público funcionaba solo hasta las 10 p.m., lo que hizo la situación aún más complicada.

En general, no recomiendo este hotel debido a la falta de mantenimiento, mala organización y poca atención al cliente.

It was good for just 1 night.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Cons:

There was netting outside the balcony. There were works going on so it affected the cleanliness of the common area and going in and out was slightly complicated. It wasn’t easy to communicate in English.

Pros:

Rovnaká posteľ a na jednej strane bola perina ťažká ako kameň a tá druhá parádna tak ako ma byť. Napriek tomu že mal byť v chladničke mini bar - nikde nič. 🙈 Steny do vedľajšej izbe boli asi z papiera lebo bolo počuť 😀aj vodu ako tečie . kohútika v susednej izbe.

Velmi příjemný a obětavý personál.Hezký a čistý pokoj.Měli jsme s sebou 2 male pejsky rasy shih-tzu-ti dostali každý sbou deku.Snídaně skvělá...rádi se sem někdy vrátíme.Je to hotel na periferii Bratislavy a to nám také moc vyhovovalo.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. First, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Second, I booked for 3 people, but there was shitting bed for only 2. Third, the room had a bad smell. Fourth, it was stuffy and airless. Finally, the acoustics were terrible—drunk people came into their room , and it sounded like they were just in our. I'm exhausted and extremely dissatisfied.
