Important information:

Beginning 1 January 2025, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Heritage Fee of RM5 will be applicable per room per night.

Meanwhile for Prestigious Events, a fee of RM10 per night per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.

立地が良い

Cons:

スタッフの対応。掃除が終わるのがとにかく遅い。
またお願いした内容をやってくれない。
特に朝タクシーを呼んでほしいと前日にお願いしたのがスルーされてたのが痛かった。

Cons:

Tambahan single bed agak mahal. RM100/night.
Aku hanya nak minta tambahan blanket ja, kalau boleh RM20/night ok dah. Kebanyakan hotel lain aku pergi ok ja ada.

Disappointing experience. Will not consider or recommend this hotel in the future
Pros:

The room size was decent and the bed was comfortable. Despite my bad eexperience at check in, the other staff were helpful in relocating me when my initial room reeked of cigarette smoke .
The fried noodles was good

Cons:

Check in was a bad experience and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The reception staff who attended to me was rude and arrogant, telling me that I definitely could not check in before 3 as they were at 95% occupancy. No attempt was made to soften the words or be diplomatic. I had sit in a hot lobby until my colleague picked me up for lunch. There was also a deposit of rm100 which must be paid in cash. As I didnt have enough in MYR, I had to pay AUD 30. And I was told I could only claim it at check out if I produced the receipt.
There was a ladies only swimming pool. When I got there , there were no towels .I couldnt find a ladies changing room, and there was a man sitting by himself on one of the loungers. Had I swum, it would have just been me and him. The co-ed swimming pool had towels but again I could not find the ladies changing room.
Despite being a non smoking hotel, the first room I got reeked of cigarette smoke, and I had to request for another room . Their only excuse was that the previous occupant may have smoked on the balcony without closing the sliding door.
