Important information:

Beginning 1 January 2025, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Heritage Fee of RM5 will be applicable per room per night.

Meanwhile for Prestigious Events, a fee of RM10 per night per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Pros:

Breakfast so good. Staff very attractive n nice person with miracle smile n polite

Cons:

Breakfast delicious but at main dish don't have any heavy side dish like chicken curry or chicken masak merah to eat with nasi lemak or bihun. A sosej or beef burger is English breakfast

Pros:

1. The staff very helpful, especially reception and technician. They try their best to fix the issue and give solution. Management need to take note customer feedback and fix the issue. This hotel is very comfortable and affordable if all issue can be fixed.

Cons:

The price of the room doesn't reach my expectation. can improve regarding:
1. air conditional especially executive room. Air conditional Leaking at suite room.
2. TV hung every single time.

Somewhat disappointing
Pros:

The lobby is beautiful. The staff were kind and accommodating. I loved the view from our room over the harbor! Looking out at the sea was refreshing, and I spotted at least 5 different eagles as I looked out over the surrounding scenery. Very beautiful. The female only pool had a lovely view and was peaceful, but I did not swim there since I was vacationing with my husband.

Cons:

When we first arrived, we were put into an adjoining room next to a large family. It seemed that there was only one connecting door with a large gap underneath, so we heard everything from the family next door. I would not have been able to rest or fall asleep given the lack of adequate soundproofing between the rooms. Thankfully, I called the front desk to switch rooms (something I have never done before in my life). The staff were kind and accommodating and helped us switch rooms. However, it is good to note that only floors 6 and 7 are non-smoking, so it was difficult at first for us to find a new non-smoking room. I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness in general (stained carpets, water damage on the ceiling, leftover room service trays sitting in the hallway for extended periods of time) given how beautiful the lobby was. Although the price was OK and the view was beautiful, I am not sure that I would pick to stay at this hotel again.

Alright but wouldn't stay again

Liked the view from the room. Room was spacious as well

Cons:

Air conditioner did not function well enough throughout day time during heat outside. At night, it took alot of time to properly cool the room after we entered the room. The washroom door did not have a lock which was surprising. The hair dryer did not function well enough as well. The TV in the room was not clear and TV channels did not work properly, so could not spend time by watching the TV
