Important information:

Beginning 1 January 2025, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Heritage Fee of MYR 5 will apply per room, per night.

Meanwhile, for prestigious events, a fee of MYR 10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.

Guests with a valid Malaysian ID or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted. Goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel, maar qua onderhoud en voorzieningen niet helemaal wat je van een 4-sterrenhotel
Pros:

Prima verblijf gehad dankzij de goede locatie, de ruime kamers en het zeer vriendelijke personeel. Het hotel ligt dichtbij verschillende bezienswaardigheden en is bovendien moslimvriendelijk, wat voor veel gasten een pluspunt zal zijn.

Cons:

Bij een hotel dat zich als 4 sterren presenteert verwacht je iets meer. Het hotel heeft veel potentie, maar het onderhoud lijkt wat achter te lopen. Het beddengoed, matras en de handdoeken oogden versleten en de badkamer is aan vernieuwing toe; de kitranden zagen er niet fris uit. Ook waren de voorzieningen op de kamer wat beperkt en waren de kussens persoonlijk niet comfortabel.

Het ontbijt was redelijk, maar mag wat uitgebreider, vooral voor gasten die liever geen warm ontbijt eten. Daarnaast moet je voor koffiespecialiteiten zoals een cappuccino of latte extra betalen.

Al met al een prettig verblijf door de locatie en het personeel, maar met meer aandacht voor onderhoud en details zou dit hotel beter aansluiten bij de verwachtingen van een 4-sterrenhotel.

Disappointing
Pros:

The view from rooms are nice

Cons:

The cleaning and service staff in black shirts were very supportive and nice. It's the reception that was quite disappointing. When I told about the ant infestation to the reception lady she reacted uncaring and unbothered. They sent cleaning that vacuumed the floors but on the next day at 2 am, ants were everywhere including the bed. Only then the guy at reception changed our rooms! It's the lady receptionists that weren't nice, all other staff were good. After we got a room swap the new rooms air conditioning didn't work and it was extremely hot. The water, shower and pluming were also disappointing. Would not recommend for its cost, could've found a hotel two times cheaper with better rooms

Good for a business stay not a family holiday
Pros:

Staff was polite and provided great service . hotel was clean,

Cons:

The breakfast was just ok, some staff lack english understanding, The glasses in the bathroom was not washed cleaned after room cleaning. Paid for upgraded to an executive suite to get a bath, however the bath was leaking.

The price was a bit a high but apart from that, it was great.
Pros:

The property was very cleaned and the staff were professional. They cleaned your room daily and you don’t have to chase them up to clean your room as they are always available.

1) Breakfast not expectation must upgrade the quality & menu for everyday
2) Swimming pool better but the worker are not there for safety & arrange the towel lesser until in the afternoon I want to use but the worker said the towel no more by right in the store still have many. While my husband complain to the receptionist counter about this matter
3) Room clean, good aircon but TV cannot watching the series & no Youtube for the kids.
