Important information:

Beginning 1 January 2025, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Heritage Fee of RM5 will be applicable per room per night.

Meanwhile for Prestigious Events, a fee of RM10 per night per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.

1. We liked the outside appearance of the Hotel.
2. The location was good for us to explore restaurants.

Cons:

The Breakfast should serve a better quality than existing. More options in the menu would allow all categories of people to have breakfast . The staff in the breakfast area failed to understand proper English so we had to use sign language to make them understand which was painful for us.

There were no tooth brush provided. We had to ask for it repeatedly. The staff is expected to learn more English to enhance communication skills.
