Important information:

Beginning 1 January 2025, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Heritage Fee of RM5 will be applicable per room per night.

Meanwhile for Prestigious Events, a fee of RM10 per night per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.

Trotz Chinese new Year und Ramadan alles war vorzüglich organisiert, ob Rezeption oder das Frühstücks Buffet

KAFFEMASCHINE Leider wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass beide Kaffeautomaten zwecks Wartung ausfallen.

De grootte van de kamer was top.

Cons:

Het zwembad was dicht, dit wisten wij vooraf niet. Gelukkig konden we wel gebruik maken van de ladiespool, maar deze was volledig in de schaduw. De waterdruk in de douche was niet constant waardoor je soms kokend heet water kreeg. Het ontbijt was prima, maar het gewoje brood was oud en soms beschimmeld.

Zuvorkommende Managerin, schönes Zimmer, Balkon nach Südwesten sehr sonnig

Cons:

Kein nutzbarer Pool. Der größere Pool wurde gerade wegen Renovierung geschlossen. An dem vorhandenen winzigen Pool gab es nur vier liegen, die natürlich dauernd besetzt waren. Weder Garten noch außenanlage.

Pros:

The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious. I did enjoy the female swimming pool － clean and hidden from the sun. The common swimming pool area has umbrellas, but they don't help much in the heat 😅

Cons:

There was a strong smell from the drain in the bathroom, but this problem was solved after I covered the drain hole.
About the location, the hotel is located far from beaches and tourist places.

very enjoyable stay, a real haven
Pros:

A comfortable and peaceful hotel with magnificent views, very clean and with good facilities. Situated in the town rather than the beach, but beaches easily reached by Grab taxi. many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was plentiful and offered lots of choice in a variety of cuisines. The staff members were very helpful

Cons:

few power points in the room, perhaps because the facilities have not been updated for a while and so don't take account of amount of devices and gadgets we now have

Amazing breakfast!! Nice pool, perfect peaceful location. Overall a great stay!

Cons:

Very thin walls and a mysterious locked door in the room that leads to the room next to you. Had the people staying next to us try and open it a couple of times, a little loud and annoying.
