Tenia dos reservas por 2 noches, la del 31 y la del 1. tuve que cancelar mi segunda noche por assuntos urgentes y volver a Barcelona. Les informé de manera i,ediata pero decidieron cargarme la totalidad de la estancia. Yo trabajo en hotels y sé muy bien que esta es una election del hotel ... ellos decidieron no hacerlo cuando de verdad , somos compañeros de mismo trabaj ... yo hubiera sido mas flexible
