Pros:

Confortevole e accogliente, pulito e posizione ottima.
Staff cordiale e disponibile, abbiamo richiesto informazioni sui taxi e la receptionist si è spontaneamente incaricata di prenotarne uno per noi.
Parcheggio vicinissimo.

Cons:

Alloggiavamo in un’ala della struttura lontana dal corpo centrale.
Avremmo gradito se la stanza fosse stata più grande.
Capiamo che il parcheggio sia pubblico e debba ovviamente essere pagato, ma potrebbe aver senso stipulare una convenzione con i gestori e richiedere una tariffa agevolata, nonché degli stalli riservati.

Prima! Locatie is echt top
Pros:

Vooraf heb ik contact gehad met het hotel dat ik graag een extra nacht erbij kon boeken. Ik werd heel snel en super vriendelijk geholpen. Wij vonden de ligging echt top!!! Zo’n leuk stadje en altijd levendig. Ook de douche was heerlijk en de kamer was prima. Wij waren er met oud&nieuw en ik vond de kamer wel erg duur voor wat je kreeg.. maar dat kan ook aan dat weekend hebben gelegen.

Cons:

Wij wisten niet dat de bar en restaurant gesloten waren. Ook zijn de kamers erg gehorig en konden we de buren midden in de nacht gewoon ruzie horen maken. Je moest ook een borg betalen, dit ben ik niet gewend in hotels.

Really enjoyed our time there a fabulous place to visit lots of character.
Pros:

The Location was great the hotel was very nice plenty of room to move in the room and bathroom, easy walking distance to the centre lots of nice coffee bars and restaurants the retail shopping was also goo.

Cons:

It was all good.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Location and view from the room.

Cons:

Extremely bad smell in the room and sometimes around the property as well (stairs and hallways). When I checked in, the room had a strong detergent smell and very low-temperature AC (even for US standards), probably a way the staff was trying to cover the smell and avoid any initial complaints. The day after, once I complained, while front desk tried to help, the overall customer service was very poor. Upon check out, I was not even asked how my stay had been. This is not what hospitality means. Considering the price of the room with seaview, the overall ratio price vs quality is really low for this property.
