La localisation, excellente. Le fait de disposer d’un véritable petit appartement.
Pas de machine à café contrairement à ce qui était indiqué mais cette absence est compensée par le petit déjeuner « Grab and Go »

Cons:

Le bruit, tant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur.
Le fait que l’établissement n’a pas de réception n’est pas clairement indiqué sur Booking. Cela peut être un inconvénient, par exemple on ne peut pas laisser de bagages sur place après avoir quitté l’établissement. De plus le système utilise (code d’accès au lieu de clés) peut poser des problèmes en cas d’oubli des codes.
La description de la chambre dans Booking indiquait « vue sur un monument historique » mais depuis notre chambre au 1er étage on ne voyait que le mur du cimetière de Recoleta.

Localização excelente. Quarto amplo.

Cons:

O apartamento apresentou falha de segurança grave, devido à fechadura estar com defeito, não nos sentimos confortáveis em relação a isto. Essa é a principal razão da nota baixa atribuída.
O barulho dos bares nos arredores não chegou a nos atrapalhar, conseguimos dormir bem.
Há muito vazamento de água no box do banheiro.

was disappointed with my stay. The place feels run-down and clearly lacks proper maintenance: there were broken items, the flooring was heavily worn, and overall everything looked neglected. On top of that, it gave a constant unclean/dirty impression, even in areas that should be spotless.
With proper upkeep and a higher cleaning standard it could be much better, but as it is today, I wouldn’t recommend it.
