Расположение хорошее , в центре . И на этом все !!!!
Грязно , сломанная кровать , постельное белье пришлось искать самому в подвале, персонала нет . Кровать сломана , приборы столовые в ужасном состоянии. Туалет тоже ужасен

Edificio muy lindo y bien ubicado por el día.

Cons:

Estaba sucio. Bolas de pelos en el piso, una pisada de zapa en la bañera, un papel de tampón en el piso del baño, basura en el tacho del baño y una toalla usada colgada en el ropero. Eso no puede pasar

É a 3 vez que me hospedo! Me parece que recentemente mudou a administração. Estava tudo bem sujo! Faltou itens básicos como papel higiênico e sabonete. A Internet estava péssima. Caiu bastante o nível após a mudança. Nao voltarei.

No tiene personal de recepción lo cual es importante para todo viajero que llega de otro país. Estuve 7 noches donde solo una vez limpiaron la habitación. Servicio de wifi pésimo. Desayuno sin nada de variedad y un espacio reducido al cual no podría llamarle servicio de desayuno, si lo hacen para vender muy mal porque como huésped me guíe por un desayuno incluido que no lleno para nada mis espectativas. Ofrecieron una habitación familiar para 3 personas donde el sofá cama es pésimo y no apto para una siesta mi familia durante 7 noches tuvieron que dormir 3 en una cama q es para 2 sin brindar ninguna alternativa. Señores esas habitaciones son de dos personas no 3. Un hotel de 4 estrellas no lo considero.

Fix your system and don't leave guests stranded, especially with babies

The hotel did not 'find' our reservation even though I had numerous booking confirmations and was sent all the reminders of how to check in earlier that day. Because there is no front desk you are left to call or Whatsapp to communicate, and ultimately The hotel left us stranded at 9pm saying they had no room for us, so we were on the street with our two very young children trying to find a resolution by ourselves to booking a new hotel, booking.com were super unhelpful in getting a resolution from the hotel. Would absolutely not recommend going thru booking for this hotel because this was an awful awful way to treat a client yet alone a family
