Pros:

A localização é muito boa, perto dos principais pontos turísticos e bons restaurantes.

Cons:

Café da manhã com espaço muito pequeno e o quarto que ficamos o 904 era bem abaixo do café, então as 07:00 da manhã já tinha um barulho que ninguém dormia mais.

Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente. De noche la zona es un poco ruidosa porque hay muchos bares/boliches pero por suerte la habitacion daba a un patio interno asique el ruido desde ahi no se escuchaba.

Cons:

la reserva era para 4 personas y cuando llegamos no estaba armada el sofa cama, si bien habian dejado sabanas y cuando consulte me ofrecieron ir a hacerlas considero que deberian haber estado listas.
Estaria bueno que el servicio de limpieza se ofrezca diariamente sin necesidad de tener que pedirlo explicitamente.

El dpto muy espacioso y cómodo. Se comunicaban todos los días para preguntar si necesitábamos algo. Muy atentos

Nos faltò vajilla. No obstante el personal se mostró dispuesto a solucionar. En cuanto al desayuno no había entendido que era para llevar, ya que en el lugar donde debe retirarse (décimo.piso) no hay lugar para quedarse a desayunar. Solo una mesita para dos que en general está ocupada. No había bandejas para trasladar el desayuno al apart. Solo unas bolsitas para el panificado. Era completo ( cereales,yogurt, frutas, panificados varios, tostadas de arroz queso untable, ensalada de frutas e infusiones varias) con dos manos y sin bandeja solo se puede trasladar una infusión y alguna de las otras cosas ,lo que limita bastante el consumo. Eso es lo que no nos gustó. No nos fue cómodo el tema del desayuno. Lo demás muy bien

Espectacular
Pros:

Todo bien rápido y sencillo a la hora de el check in, no hubo espera ya que todo fue por teléfono.
Todo muy limpio

Cons:

Pienso que deberían de haber un poco más de opciones para el desayuno. Aunque cabe destacar que las medialunas estaban muy ricas y frescas

Ubicación y mucho espacio!
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica!
Reserve una noche para el aniversario de mis viejos y la pasaron de 10. El hotel está todo remodelado, le dieron upgrade, la vista es super linda y la habitación muy amplia.
Gracias por la atención! Volvieron re contentos.

Cons:

Tenía dudas con el ingreso digital y la verdad es que les resultó super sencillo, re bien explicado.
Nada que criticar.

Excelente estadía y grandes mejoras
Pros:

Ya había venido a este hotel en otras ocasiones y se nota la mejora. Las habitaciones están mucho mejor que antes, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno y el formato take away me resultó muy cómodo.
Sin dudas, voy a volver.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel. My documents and credit cards were stolen from inside my room, which is something you would never expect to happen in a place that should guarantee basic security.

What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s complete lack of support. Instead of helping or taking responsibility, the staff did nothing to assist us. When we complained and asked for help, they even called the police on us.

We requested access to the security cameras to understand what happened. First, we were told we could only check them the next day. Then, when we followed up, we were informed that the cameras do not record at all — which is extremely concerning for any guest’s safety.

Overall, this experience was unacceptable. A hotel that cannot ensure guest security and refuses to help in a serious situation like this should not be trusted. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
