I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel. My documents and credit cards were stolen from inside my room, which is something you would never expect to happen in a place that should guarantee basic security.

What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s complete lack of support. Instead of helping or taking responsibility, the staff did nothing to assist us. When we complained and asked for help, they even called the police on us.

We requested access to the security cameras to understand what happened. First, we were told we could only check them the next day. Then, when we followed up, we were informed that the cameras do not record at all — which is extremely concerning for any guest’s safety.

Overall, this experience was unacceptable. A hotel that cannot ensure guest security and refuses to help in a serious situation like this should not be trusted. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.

Pros:

Un lugar hermoso. Es la segunda vez que voy y volvi porque me resulta muy comodo. Está el estacionamiento del shoping a media cuadra donde dejas el auto seguro y la zona es segura de dia y de noche.

Realmente a localização é muito boa, próxima ao shopping e restaurantes.

Cons:

O quarto estava sujo, com tuchos de cabelos no chão, o banheiro não foi limpo adequadamente. O café da manhã não foi como mencionado, pouca coisa para comer, muita coisa doce e o suco não era reposto quando acabava.

Pros:

Noche dificil, infarto de mi marido y la empatia y calidad de ser humano de Leandro. Fuíste mi remanso en un instante de desesperación.

La puerta de entrada tiene un doble juego para entrar. Empujar hacia vos y luego para adentro, deberían arreglarla.
Gracias al súper Leandro pude entrar dos veces. Súper atento.
Creo que él marca la diferencia en el lugar.

Sensacional!
Pros:

Ótima localização, de frente para o cemitério da Recoleta. Recepção virtual. Mas o atendente Leandro que também vai presencial é excelente e resolve qualquer questão, muito prestativo e atencioso.

Cons:

A frequência da limpeza podia ser um pouco mais constante. Mas creio que seja o momento de transição. Me parece que os quartos estão para ser reformados.

Расположение хорошее , в центре . И на этом все !!!!
Грязно , сломанная кровать , постельное белье пришлось искать самому в подвале, персонала нет . Кровать сломана , приборы столовые в ужасном состоянии. Туалет тоже ужасен
