Great holiday with warmth of hospitality no matter where we went.
Pros:

The staff at reception were so welcoming and helpful. Gave great advice and seemed genuinely interested in our experiences. Gave great advice about restaurants. The property is very well located for accessing the main sights in Carrick on Shannon and the vicinity. Access to restaurants and bars very close. Beds comfortable, plenty hot water and not noisy. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils. Apartment very spacious.

Cons:

The floor cleaning and carpets could be improved and a sink in bathroom not clean and needed freeing up. Other than that it was a super location for a break.

Great location and good value for shared space with free parking.
Pros:

The location was superb, central to many restaurants and the river boardwalk. The two room layout was great with the large kitchen/living area was unexpected and very nice. Free parking on site was also a real plus. Staff at front was helpful.

Cons:

Only downside was one of the rooms was not overly clean. Looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while -- beds and bath were clean, but shower didn't drain well. Didn't find out until we were getting ready to leave and I reported it to reception.
