Decommission the place.
Cons:

You can't control the ac. Instead, they turn it on or off in the lobby. You have to go down there and ask for it. There is no graduation, it is either on at full power or off. So it is a fridge or an oven. The cold air blasts straight down on the bed, it was impossible to sleep. Never seen such a horrible system anywhere else. Had to check out early.

Nejde o nějaké zážitkové ubytování, ale je funkční, praktické, velmi čisté a bezpečné, s klimatizací Výborný poměr cena/výkon.

Sauberes Zimmer, aber zu laut.
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, des Badezimmers und des Bettes.

Cons:

In der Nacht war es im Flur zu laut. Stündlich wurden die Türen zugeknallt. Die Zimmer werden hier im Hotel auch für Liebesabenteuer oder für kurze Besuche für 3 Stunden vermietet.

Das Hotel ist relativ Nah an der Hauptstrasse / Malecon zwischen die Altstadt und die moderne Panama-City.
