Pros:

La tranquilidad del lugar, la terraza y la cercanía del centro.

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado, no basta con un ventilador. Tarda mucho en salir el agua caliente, por lo mismo se desperdicia mucha agua. Debería haber un aviso en la ducha para saber que se deben abrir tanto la llave del agua caliente y la del lavabo al mismo tiempo para agilizar la salida del agua caliente. No hay teléfono en la habitación para llamar a recepción.

L'emplacement est vraiment idéal. La réception était aux petits soins.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas aimé la texture des draps de lit. La décoration de la chambre est moins belle que celle de l hôtel. Il manquait un peu de rangement.

Hotel antiguo con no mucho confort para dormir.
Pros:

La ubicación está bien, muy cerca del zócalo, hay suficientes cobijas

Cons:

Las camas son viejas, las almohadas son muy duras, las habitaciones muy sofocantes, cuentan con un ventilador de piso (me mandaron al tercer piso, con dos infantes de 1 y 5 años) . Hay ruido por la noche por el callejón de a lado. No hay mosquiteros, no hay botellas de agua ( es jarra y vasos), la regadera tiene muy baja presión, además de que tarda bastante en salir el agua caliente y además el estacionamiento está en 220, adicional a lo que te cuesta el hotel (1600) y muy enredado llegar al estacionamiento.

Great stay!
Pros:

Hello!

The front desk was super helpful with everything. Loved that it was an older property with the old type architecture.

Location was great.

Cons:

Not their fault but they were working on the street in front of property. (DRILLING) into the ground and it was extremely loud so when we checked in the employees and us were super flustered.

Its out of their control tho. They did the best they could - we were grateful it stopped at night.

A very pleasant stay. The staff were all helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Beautiful old hotel with fantastic art, rooftop terrace, comfortable beds. Dresser drawers and ample hangars in closet for unpacking.

Cons:

When it is hot the room is hot and though they provide fans, the street noise in our room prevented us from leaving the windows open on that side. There was only one working outlet in the room.

Quaint hotel in Downtown Taxco.
Pros:

The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, the room was ample and it had a fan, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The best part was the restaurant connected to the hotel, it was a great value and tasty meal.

Cons:

The drainage cap/filter in the shower was loose, which made my experience a little uncomfortable as I and my 5 year old would have to avoid stepping on it to stop from tripping while showering.

Un hotel confortable y tradicional
Pros:

La decoración del hotel. Se siente un taxco tradicional pero a la vez el hotel es muy cómodo tiene bonita vista de la cúpula de la iglesia.

Cons:

Como en todo Taxco hay muchas escaleras.

Quizás el precio fue un poco elevado, aunque no sé si pudo deberse a que me alojé los primeros días de semana santa.

Beautiful Hacienda in the centre of town.
Pros:

The property was beautiful. It was like stepping back in time.
Close to every thing. Bus station, Silver Market, zocalo and cathedral.
The room and bathroom are spacious and we had a lovely view.
We did request a room away from the noise. Because we had a fan we could close the windows and slept well.

Cons:

There are alot of stairs so would suggest requesting a ground floor room if mobility is an issue.
