There is no staff on site. If you need anything you have to message them and wait for someone to reply.

No blankets just sheets for covers. The doors were hard to close.

There was sand everywhere and the floors had not been mopped in a long while. Our socks were black from just a short time in the room. The room needed a couple of chairs to sit in. The pool area needed to be cleaned including the pool its self.

The hotel/motel needs many upgrades! WiFi buffered the whole time we tried to watch tv. Old and bedding.

Hookers in the parking lot, a man smoking Crack by the stair, The rooms where filthy, pee stains and pubic hair on the sheets. We did not feel safe here and refused to stay. No actual staff on site and when you call the number for the hotel it just goes to voice mail and they will not return your call. We refused to stay here and ended up staying at a different hotel

Parking was tough. So many people who didn’t have rooms there took up the parking. Pool was dirty. Room doors didn’t have a tight seal across the bottom.

That when needed clean towel nobody was around to get any til morning.

Not enough towels. Pool dirty and smelled like pee.

It was not clean! The floors were filthy like they haven’t been mopped, its very dusty! The shower was nasty i had to clean it myself. Its nasty stains on the wall. There was no ice bucket or hangers to hang your clothes! There was nobody to ask for more towels and wash clothes. For the amount of money spent on this room, it shouldn’t have been in this condition!

No front desk staff

Drinks, nasty, rusty, no towels, loud neighbor, police knocked on door at 12am, I will never stay here again and would not recommend.

No elevator, our room was on the third floor. My husband has cancer and a heart condition so this was an immediate problem. He felt so bad we barely left the room-and to make matters worse while being room bound the television sound stopped working and we had to keep unplugging it and turning back on just for five minutes of sound before it cut off.
Stepped inside the bathroom upon arrival-body hair all over the toilet.
We had a HUGE room but no where to sit. There was a small desk chair and the bed. All empty space and nothing on the walls. It was honestly depressing.
Our bedspread had dirt all over it, like loose dirt just sitting in the middle of the bed.
The floors were dirty enough to turn our socks black (exactly why we weren’t barefoot in our hotel at the beach).
We had booked three nights and left one night early.
We will never stay at this over priced under done motel again.
They don’t dare give you any kind of refund, why would they? Disappointed customers come and go but so do the happy ones. There is literally no reason for them to please someone who has paid everything upfront and is disgusted with their place of business.
We stopped here on our way to meet our grandson because it was the half way point to our destination. The only reason we did this was to rest and recharge because we needed it. This was bad enough where I cried over the waste of money and we both left feeling completely frustrated and defeated.

We had to ask for a comforter. We were not aware at the time of booking that there is no staff on site and the only communication was via text. The pool was green. We were not able to enjoy that amenity at all.

The floor wasn’t clean and I thought they should be when you walked on them with out shoes your feet would get black
