Mitten im romantischen Dorf gelegen, kostenfreier Parkplatz in der Nähe. Dann gab es auch noch ein Upgrade.

Für das Geld zu wenig.
Pros:

Frühstück kostet extra (viel). War aber auch gut mit leckeren Brötchen und rheinisch/ bergischen Extras. Mitarbeiter waren alle nett. Wellnessbereich war ausreichend groß. Dusche komfortabel, Duschstrahl war toll. Gräfrath ist schön idyllisch.

Cons:

Sauberkeit: Wasserränder außen am Waschbecken, dunkle gekräuselte Haare auf dem Badezimmerboden (der Teppich ist Flokati und somit sind Haare darauf natürlich nicht zu entdecken), Türgriffe von Schrank und Kühlschrank sehr schmuddelig, Fön und Fernbedienung schmandig (wie aber in fast jedem Hotel), (Raucher-)Balkon sehr dreckig.
Ausstattung: Alter Reisefön mit null Power, fehlendes Trinkwasser im Wellnessbereich (Sauna), keine Frischluft im Gym (Fenster kaputt?), liebloser Kaffe/Tee-bereich auf dem Zimmer, Unmengen an überladener Werbung für die anderen Geschäfte des Inhabers auf den Zimmern;
Obstschalen an der Rezeption sollte es bei der Preisklasse auch geben, auch ne neue Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer am zweiten Tag. Bademäntel haben komplett gefehlt.

Großer Servicemanko: das angefragte Höckerchen für unsere Tochter (für's Waschbecken) ist nie erschienen.

Zum Andenken gab es beim Auschecken für die Gäste Pringles. Das ist weird.

Zusätzlich kosten Parkplätze 8€ pro Tag und natürlich auch das Frühstück.

Es war nett, ruhig und sauber. Gräfrath ist empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war nett, geräumig und sauber. Das Nebengebäude fand ich sehr angenehm da es noch ein bisschen ruhiger war.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.
